@ChelseaFC @ThreeUK Pool were always talked about as having a bad season. I maintained they will finish top 4 just cos their manager is proven.They are 5th today with a game in hand. We are busy hoping for a Chelsea turn around and trusting a process that cant even begin.

@ThreeUK for almost 5 weeks my iPhone 12 has been unable to receive calls or texts from any network except 3. Numerous phone calls to your support team and endless minutes on hold and an escalation to the “highest technical team” and I’m still waiting on a return phone call

@ThreeUKSupport Expecting someone to go 21 days without access to recieving or giving calls, messages, or using mobile data is ridiculous, when they have admitted through customer support I should be unsuspended multiple times. I commute a lot in rough areas, and I will be at risk as a result.

@ThreeUKSupport I was sold a contract under false presence, and now I have been given the run around as I try and cancel said contract. Call us, go to the store, call us, go to the store, back and forth. Is this how you deal with customers, who been with you for 10+ years?
