@ThreeUKSupport Just to clarify, I was told I'd get one when I cancelled. The cancellation letter said the same. Then I called and they said I'd be sent one. Then I called again on Friday. I changed address several months ago but the letters arrived, so I don't think this is the issue. @ThreeUK

@ThreeUK Hi, having an issue with coverage in my area and I’ve checked and it says very good 3G (not great but also not an issue) the issue is that my phone is trying to use 4G when I’m in the area even though it won’t work. I have unlimited data that I can’t even use!

Appalling customer service from @ThreeUKSupport online. Excuse after excuse, no service for 3 days, advisor GUARANTEED this afternoon, that sim card would arrive today as he had looked and it was in transit for delivery. Once again no show. How do I get a working phone Three?
