@ThreeUK not happy with the service I received while trying to upgrade today. Was offered a deal, and told it would be secured until 10pm, then when I tried to complete it, I was originally told yes, then that it's no longer available and offered a contract £14 more repeatedly

@ThreeUKSupport Hi! I did get a missed call but with no message left. I’ve just left 3 for another provider and just want to make sure there’s not a problem they’re calling me about!

@ThreeUK Switched to #three 6 months ago. Love the prices & unlimited data. Don’t love that large swathes of #Birmingham have a poor or no signal even when a good signal is indicated on the phone. Won’t stay. Shame though

@ThreeUKSupport At the point of cancelling my contract, very week reception, can't even make a call 😑, tried to ask for help but as you know their advice after long wait and questions will be the same, restart your phone. So not a good experience

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t see it but I’m sure I did. Like I said I assumed that was in relation to the extra benefits provided through “feel at home” rather than basic service.

@ThreeUKSupport Ok. Seems absurd but ok. This combined with the loss of feel at home for future (short term) trips will mean a reassessment of which service I use. Not sure if it’s common practice across the board, but I’ll be investigating. 😔

@ThreeUK is the network down again? Unable to make calls from my handset

@ThreeUKSupport I did this and entered it into the form. Nothing told me there were any restrictions or problems and this was all done from within the Three app within my account.

@p0welly @ThreeUK Also for *ages* their network name on VoLTE was “Three WiFi Calling”. Which was a) pedantically incorrect (it’s Wi-Fi), but most annoyingly b) WAY TOO LONG. It triggered a scrolling animation on iOS to show the whole name which was very distracting.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport we are a bustling tourist centre yet still only offered 3G with no plans to improve. Village down the road with 500 residents get 4G. EE offer all customers in my area 4G. It’s a bit disheartening when you see the improvements being offered elsewhere
