    @ThreeUKSupport I requested a PAC code when I was due a free upgrade and paid a bill on 24th May. I cannot login to my online account to check I owe you anything but I was wary to give card details over the phone.

    @ThreeUK I'm trying to switch from PAYG (account with three) to a monthly sim (also account with three). I've purchased the monthly sim but can't find how to move my current mobile number to new plan. Pls help!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes that's correct it's HP21 area, I've got the Huawei app now, but it's not showing any problems, I've turned it off and on, I've turned my phone off and on, it's been very up and down starting last week, but today it keeps saying I'm disconnected when I'm not!
