  • CliveAccount Clive Bacon (@CliveAccount) reported

    @ThreeUK I occasionally need an add on when my monthly data allowance runs out but then the add on carries on monthly until I cancel it even when I'm not using the add on data. It's a rip off.

  • johnwilliamcena johnwilliamcena (@johnwilliamcena) reported

    @liamglanz @ThreeUK @SamsungUK Customer service is a joke . I regret signing a contract with them

  • ozbahceliler Omur Ozbahceliler (@ozbahceliler) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport "There are the following errors. We're really sorry, the My3 account isn't available just now. Please try again in a little while. MY3-AUTH-UNAVAILABLE" getting this message when I try to login to my3

  • Yieseanteoh Yie Sean Teoh (@Yieseanteoh) reported

    What is worst is that no solutions were given, no apologies were given and now I am locked out of crucial accounts that need a mobile phone number for access. I have never been so disappointed at a UK company than @ThreeUK

  • HoraceMighty MightyHorace (@HoraceMighty) reported from Lambeth, England

    @ThreeUK seems your mobile service is down yet again in our area rendering our Home broadband worthless. As this went down at 01:03 this morning, do we have an ETA on restoration of service?

  • taronipops Tara (@taronipops) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Actually I take it back. It was the most frustrating conversation I've ever had with a company. Very poor customer service. I've ended up cancelling my contract completely! #threecustomerservice #threemobile

  • MartinWWalker Martin Walker (@MartinWWalker) reported from Paddington, England

    @ThreeUK In London when it's on 5G, my hotspot won't work. It connects but no signal. Back in 4G it works fine. Any advice?

  • edwardmlyte Ed Maxwell-Lyte (@edwardmlyte) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Well I just did it and all that was required was to confirm my identity. Given you already have my bank details for the direct debit, this could totally be automated by default. Don't want people having their last interaction with you as a bad one to entice switching back. Maybe.

  • TheMemRestore The Memory Store (@TheMemRestore) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, sorry no errors. I tried the free 5G PAYG sim in slot 1 and it worked so I'm guessing my replacement sim is an old 4G sim which won't work on slot 1. I'll use the 3 app chat to try and get a 5G replacement. Thanks.

  • Sam_Free_manUK Sam (@Sam_Free_manUK) reported
