    @ThreeUKSupport On some networks data just won’t work without a data passport. On others it works but it’s slow…so even though I technically can use my home allowance I have to buy a data passport to get usable speeds. I can’t buy them in bulk, for some unexplained reason, so it’s a daily pain

    @ThreeUKSupport Finally got through on 5th attempt. Main issue is that I’m trying to buy a Data Pass but can’t because the service is ridiculously buggy. Instead of actually looking into the problem I keep getting told to “restart my phone/reset settings”

    @ThreeUK Your mobile Data is Garbage. Why am I only get 0.07mbps. On a 4g 3bar signal. Keeps connecting me to a Dublin server for no apparent reason. Because your area checker is stating all is well and dandy. Clearly isn’t. Been dog Sh** for months. DD will be getting cancelled.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport what is wrong with this network!! For months I’ve had no reception in and outside!! Cant take calls. Have to use wifi everywhere. Cant use apps outside! I need a full 3 mth refund or im leaving this network! Terrible!

    Hey @ThreeUK - over 10yr as a customer, trying to upgrade two weeks early as phone has stopped working, told it’s £83 fee! Same happened to my husband with EE and they upgraded him early at no cost…? Not a sensible move from a customer loyalty point surely .
