@ThreeUK Absolutely fuming. Unable to get a data passport for Abu Dhabi, where I cannot get into any public place without internet access. Spoke to support yesterday who “fixed” it, but stuck again today. No 3 support lines open (it’s 11.10am here!) so stuck in my hotel. Livid!!

@ThreeUK I needed support when I found out my phone was refurbished rather than brand new. It was nowhere to be seen You declined to provide that support to a paying customers and decided to decline to take their complaints also

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Why are you unable to offer the ability to extend the call time past the 2 hour limit 'you' as a network provider have set? Being cut off from international calling because it's over 2 hours is getting really annoying!

My dad has just closed all of his bank accounts (not an insubstantial amount) with a well known bank after 50 years as a customer due to their poor handling of the situation when we lost my mum.
