    @ThreeUKSupport My son ordered an upgrade as he was at the end of his contract. Phone never arrived told 3times to leave it 48hrs to resolve. Still not resolved after nearly 4 weeks. Spoke to complaints dep who told him they would give him an instant tremination now want a termination fee !!!

    @ThreeUKSupport No idea why. Complaint was escalated after I continued to press the issue. Very frustrating I was mislead the first time around.

    @ThreeUKSupport for the last year barely been able to get 4G, internet data is hit and miss on 3G. Last 4 days it’s been ridiculous, constantly ‘no service’. Whyyy?!?

    @ThreeUKSupport Realised today that after asking for my account to be cancelled back in July, it wasn't, and I've been paying £25 a month for a service I haven't been using. 3 hours on the phone, they can't even offer me a refund. Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport Not entirely sure how my postcode helps, Chris - the network coverage isn't the issue, just no one appears to be competent enough to activate a sim card. I've now been sent three sims and not one has worked. I'm bored of being told it's 'stuck and to wait 24hrs'

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been with very weak signal all day here in the KY8 postal code area, was the same yesterday afternoon too. Is that cell tower dying again in this area? seems to happen a bit too often

    Anyone else having issues with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m currently dealing with 0.2-0.5 Mbps of 3G data because their 4G doesn’t even work in my area despite living in the West Midlands. I’m paying £26 a month for this, I had better 3G signal on my phone in 2005 from Three.

    @ThreeUKSupport customer service is SHOCKING, been trying to get a new SIM activated all day. Made numerous calls and been cut off every time after holding for a very long time 😡👎🏻
