@ThreeUKSupport I have a mobile broadband account with you. How do I access your London Underground wifi? When you used to log in via the 'Virgin Media WiFi' network you could use your log in details. Now that you have to use the 'Three_WIFI' network it no longer works

@ThreeUKSupport 3: we'll need to charge you pro rata until network switch, so that's 0.7GBP a day Me: ok cool, you guys switched 1 day too late but 15 days isn't bad, so I'll get 10.5GBP back :) 3: no actually you only get 6.37GBP and we can't really explain the missing amount
