@ThreeUK appalling customer service. Account was hacked and charged £50. Three refuses to give money back insists it must be a credit on account. Apple agreed it was fraud but 3 refuses to sort it

My time with @EE is likely to end after 20+ years starting at Orange. Renewal offering was an absolute joke when compared to rivals @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK, £20 mth more for the same phone and contract over 24mths, £480 - that’s huge. Customer loyalty means nothing anymore

@ThreeUKSupport I haven't raised a complaint yet as I am still waiting for my stolen phone insurance claim to be progressed. I have been told that won't be for another 48hrs - just hoping it doesn't get stuck again as I need my phone for work!

@IllustratesSte @ThreeUK This was me and I actually gave the chat 3 tries. You offer a deal for new customers that you can’t possibly offer to an existing customer. Then 3rd chat attempt would only look it if I sent a comparison website link, instead of the link taken directly from your very own website

@tgm999 @hibberthometech @ThreeUK If they’re the ones calling out of the blue, they should not be asking security questions. How does the receiver of the call know it’s not a scam to obtain their answers? This is very poor practice.
