    @ThreeUKSupport @mariareiach Though they could get a free sim for another network, port the number to that network then port it back to the new 3 sim. Bit of a faff, but can be done.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, that's my home network. Oddly, I'm currently in a restaurant and it seems to be working on their network. Very odd. Any idea why that would be?

    @jamesoflynn @ThreeUKSupport Thanks. Seems strange Three can't just change the new three number to mums old three number considering its their network. Things are never easy. Poor mother new phone now and can't use due to Sim issues. Will let hubby try and sort it later!
