@ThreeUKSupport I just don’t understand why this is happening now. I’ve never had this issue before and I haven’t changed any settings.

  • atifm444222 Atifm444222 (@atifm444222) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I already have and spoken to your technical support team. Its beyond a joke now how there are random service outages throughout the day. What is 3 going to do to renumeration customers that rely on this shoddy level of service??

  • Lubilu44 Lesley 🇷🇺🇮🇪 (@Lubilu44) reported

@rosellacottage Maybe your network provider didn't agree to send the government message. Mine did, I'm with ThreeUK

  • yahgirlkim 7 (@yahgirlkim) reported

@ThreeUKSupport i spoke to someone on live chat earlier and they told me from the 9th Jan i can cancel my contract without paying anything. and i won’t have a remaining balance to pay. but i feel this is incorrect.

  • ozwaldcornelius Ozwald Cornelius (@ozwaldcornelius) reported

@ThreeUK your customer service is normally great but that was an awful call. I’m out of contract and have found a [new contract] deal *with you* online. She said she can’t give me the deal. 🤔

  • Ev3tonian Ev3tonian (@Ev3tonian) reported

@ThreeUKSupport As a paying customer, under GDPR my data is only to be used for the purpose I pay for and agreed too. I never agreed for a third party to tell/advise you to text me. -Gary!

  • MaccaSport Dan McCarthy (@MaccaSport) reported

@siphillipssport @CFCDaily Roger that. Wonder if @ThreeUK could help the boys out? 👀

  • andyh1984 Andy Holden (@andyh1984) reported

@ThreeUKSupport wow why would nobody ever think of this, had it unplugged, moved rooms, factory reset , wired, wireless, still the same, its been shocking since day 1, you call someone and get the same ongoing problems in your area message.

  • lesanto Glenn Le Santo (@lesanto) reported

@Documentally @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK The need to change from 3g to 4g suggests a frequency mismatch in progress. I had this problem in Hackney until I got a router and antenna that actually matched the local signal.

  • Breen Oisin (@Breen) reported

@ThreeUK Yo, can you sort out your data passport purchase page. Currently you've slapped me with a £30 roaming bill, and your website to buy the passport for £5 a day doesn't work.
