2/2. Near that site you've planted cabinets for a new 5G mast back in Dec 2021 & abandoned them. What's going on? 1bar of 5G signal from another site is incredibly slow also. @ThreeUKSupport

@PhilipGlanville How is it that @ThreeUK (Hutchinson) was refused the chance to improve the appalling network conditions in Fairholt area, on the grounds that a pole would negatively impact the area. Yet @hackneycouncil installed 4 10-15m CCTV poles on the same street?

  • aston1802 aston1802 (@aston1802) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Ive just done a complaint online hoping it gets picked up sooner than the 7 days quoted!

  • aston1802 aston1802 (@aston1802) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I want to port my family plan to another network, your customer service personnel lied to me I will be able to get a phone on contact for my wife and sign me up for an unlimited plan I don't exactly need. Fast forward 4 months and I still don't qualify

  • DJEmz1990 JigglyEmz (@DJEmz1990) reported

well despite my @ThreeUK contract being 2 days past the 30 day reuturn/cancel policy due to the device being absoloutely horribly unresponsive for the cost of it they agreed to give me a one of free cancellation 2 days over and zero the balance once its returned so pretty happy

  • thecosmos7777 questionnaire (@thecosmos7777) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Tried everything but it was the in-app browser that wasn’t working well with your site. Sorted it but the apps also super buggy, seeing as someone coming from another network.

@NathanBSuk @VodafoneUK @CityFibre Hah. They can't even get their core network (radios and backhaul) right. ThreeUK are close. Use 3internet APN and you'll get a routable IPv4 and an IPv6 (used for VoLTE).
