@ThreeUKSupport I was told on the day of upgrading that three would send out the tablet by 3rd Dec, now you're telling me @XiaomiUK send it out. Then you tell me that because the promotional offer has now ended you can't do anything about it. Piss poor response! Supervisor is calling me back!

@russy_1 @ThreeUK ID mobile is having exactly the same issues as it's the same network. It would appear it's not every customer then. I've seen other tweets from people who have been able to make calls. My whole family is on ID and relying on what's app today
