@ThreeUKSupport 2/2 Is anyone willing to contact me and go through my complaint of this absolute woeful experience? Not with your complaints department, they are the ones who lied about smis being in the post. Not in writing, I've wasted enough of my time on this and I'm still owed an apology!

@watchvideosoul @ThreeUK agreed, but investigation seems beyond @threesupport, who just say "no problems with 5G" each time. Net time its out I'll try a different DNS.

@watchvideosoul @ThreeUK maybe a problem with the three DNS servers which are often flaky, IP address or via a VPN often get through.

@ThreeUKSupport 1/2 After 2 weeks trying to recover our numbers, many hours on the phone to customer services and a blatant lie once that new sims were in the post, we got reconnected to our 'lost' number. I get home today to a confirmation of my our 2 year contracts? We didn't consent to this!

@ThreeUKSupport my signal in southampton has been really bad for the last couple days, 4g being slow and occasionally switching to 3g. internet was also bad in winchester but my friend on o2 also experienced the same there so i'm thinking it's more of a localised issue.

@ThreeUKSupport So if you were working on the 4G and 3G system in our area and knew that it will be down for another 2 days and 5 days respectively, why did you not inform your customers???? 🤬

@ThreeUK Hi, when will you add support for iPhone eSIMs please? I was going to port my wife’s number from EE to yourselves but no eSIM is a deal breaker.
