    @obynodan @ThreeUK Might be worth checking to see if they've taken out the majority of your masts out for "upgrades" like they have done with 4/6 of the ones near me... Whoever's planned all this upgrade work needs a shake, absolutely stupid mines already been down for the best part of 2 weeks 1/

    @ThreeUK Once again being charged for data roaming that I am not using, nor doing. Got an eSIM in the phone that is connecting to the network. The 3 Sim is off for data. Please indicate how I get this refunded. Your baseline policy is garbage

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’ve had no mobile broadband for 6 days now. My DMs are being ignored and I can’t access the live chat or call due to bad mobile signal. I just need to know when the work will be completed in my area as you said Tuesday and it’s now Friday 😭

    @ThreeUK Smarty users (three) have been "experiencing technical issues" for over 24 hours now. Down to under 1mb/sec in TA8 Burnham on sea/Brean area. Any idea when service will be resumed?

    @ThreeUK I don't know why you attempt to preach you're the best in the UK when your service actually sucks. Customer support is too busy scamming all you do to steal money and don't provide the service you promised. Best in UK? More like worse ever made.

    Renewed contract w/ @ThreeUK, used cooling-off period to switch providers. They offered 160GB data at low £/mo to stay, but now claim I used a “reversal” to revert to old contract. Insulting. Records exist. @ThreeUKSupport fix this. @CommsOmbudsman what are the options?
