@ThreeUKSupport Hi Ali. I'm sure you're not happy with the decision making your life difficult but please add my complaint to the pile. I went with Three because of Go Roam, because I travel. It's why I would renew next month but this feels like a total "f*** you" to me, so it's unlikely now.

@Fiona_M_Lee @garnerweb @ThreeUK Problem is there's no real alternative that I can see yet. I'm disappointed by this too, but it's not all that unexpected. Companies rarely stay true to their word, & will generally follow the rest of the market 😢

@iD_Mobile_UK seem to have EU roaming still on, slightly lower prices with included tethering, and use the three network, so probably a no-brainer switch for @ThreeUK data-heavy customers like me - £16 per month unlimited on 24 month contract.

@ThreeUKSupport No Laura, there was no outcome as they didn’t find an issue apparently. Feel like I’m just being constantly fobbed off. Also had two notifications of work being done in this area in the last 6 months and last time that fixed things for about a day, before reverting…

@ThreeUKSupport @adamhooz I'm also having trouble. The app isn't working at all, the website is hanging for several minutes. I eventually did manage to log in, tried to top up my account, the money got taken from my bank account but the website said the transaction failed. How is it so difficult!?

@ThreeUK roaming charges? You just lost a PAYG customer.

@ThreeUKSupport "POSSIBLE variations and permutations". Doesn't it suggest therefore, that 3 (along with other providers) are just using somewhat murky language to disguise profiteering on the basis that things might possibly vary? When the EU clamped down on roaming charges, 3 survived.
