@ThreeUKSupport It was on the chat then I rang about it to confirm. No it doesn't say on the bill. I just spoke to someone on the chat, and got cut off, but was told that it had never been changed

Hey @ThreeUKSupport did an upgrade pre-order over chat yesterday but never received confirmation email of the order. Is that normal? Called CS and they said it was fine but a confirmation in writing would be nice :-)
