@ThreeUK Aren't you the network that promised not to ditch EU roaming? Yet your subsidiary @SMARTYMobileUK still offer inclusive EU roaming. Genuinely couldn't wait to ditch three. Absolute money grab!

  • t25bear Bat Pilot 💙 (@t25bear) reported

@ThatSillyGinge @ThreeUK Luckily my work phone has full roaming and we are allowed to use it while not working… I also have a Vodafone data SIM for GA which charges £2 per day to use contract data while roaming which I think is fair (ish)

  • leegillam Lee Gillam (@leegillam) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 3/4 bars of signal, 0.74Mb down 0.45Mb up and 250ms ping. And this is what 'fixed' 4G looks like today.

  • jazzytbag Jarrod Taylor (@jazzytbag) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hey why does your network not work in the USA despite advertising you work in the USA?

  • grainneisbusy Gráinne (@grainneisbusy) reported

@SouthernFairy16 @ThatSillyGinge @ThreeUK The roaming was the main draw of Three, so it was kind of an easy choice to just go when they forced me off my old contract. Had some good deals, but lots of coverage issues etc over the years and customer service was brutal over the phone.

@ThreeUKSupport when will the ongoing issues in the BT29 area be resolved? I rely on a 4g router for broadband and it's been mostly unusable for over a week

  • castlewalls Michelle Ryan (@castlewalls) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It turns out my friend had asked the laptop to upload all my documents onto One Drive and with the Window updates, the internet width was extremely low...so not a Three issue. I apologise.
