@paddythedagger @ThreeUK Paddy, I’m Three’s longest serving customer in the 6 counties. Been with them from 2003, for the first three years I had no signal but I stuck with them due to laziness and I liked that no one could ring me. Don’t make any hasty decisions. 📱

@ThreeUKSupport I'll do a speed test around the time they've done fixing it when your network won't be congested. I want to see 40mb download speed minimum

I am now being transferred to customer relations... @ThreeUK remove the option to turn off VOLTE on my device which @SamsungMobile have advised is needed to be done so I can use my phone properly. 3 have said they would do it yesterday but not seem to be having an issue.

As an owner of a brand new s21 I thought I was the bees knees. unfortunately @ThreeUK think it's ok to leave me without reliable service despite multiple calls and chats explaining it is leaving me unable to leave the house safely with my disabled child or answer important calls

@ThreeUKSupport It's getting beyond a joke as this is not the first time it has occurred in my area, yet your engineers never do anything to properly fix the issue. O2 can provide a vastly superior 4G and 5G network.. why can't you?

@lukemotorsport @ThreeUK It is only Three that this issue shows up with. Others are, from people I've spoken to, fine. So I'd suggest it's something to flag.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi.. Speeds are still hovering around 0.6 - 1.5 Mbps on 4G , yet 3G connectivity is around 20Mbps . I am NOT getting the service I am paying for & I know its not my equipment.. its your masts or lack thereof. My contract is for a fast reliable 4G broadband service.. NOT 3G

@ThreeUK very disappointed with lack of help after 21 years of loyalty with your company. I fell over yesterday and smashed my screen and if I upgrade now instead of 27th November you want more than £80. Guess being with you so long counts for nothing. V sad.
