@ThreeUKSupport It was on the chat then I rang about it to confirm. No it doesn't say on the bill. I just spoke to someone on the chat, and got cut off, but was told that it had never been changed

@dshensmith @ThreeUK Similar story with EE. I bought a product about 9 years ago but returned it because it didn't work. They still billed me. I refused to pay (a few £). They sold the debt to a debt collector, and 9 years later I still get emails asking me if I need help to get out of debt.

@dshensmith @ThreeUK I had similar with British Telecom. They'd charged me for about 18 months for a service I wasn't using (@£5 a mnth). When we realised they cancelled yet still set bailiffs on me for that last £5 they'd said I didn't owe - and it went on my credit history. BT are bar stewards,
