@ThreeUKSupport It was on the chat then I rang about it to confirm. No it doesn't say on the bill. I just spoke to someone on the chat, and got cut off, but was told that it had never been changed

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, wondered if you could help with info about my 5G broadband. Upload speed has been terrible for three days - usually about a tenth of download but currently more like a hundredth. Website says network upgrades in my area but timescale is a very vague “soon”.
