@ThreeUKSupport @anniesnomsblog If I remember correctly 3 WiFi calling turns off if your mobile signal gets better, ee stays on constantly on WiFi. You might want to switch into flight mode and enable WiFi only. That will force it onto WiFi calling, if that works then it’s the swapping that does it

When did @ThreeUK service become so bad

  • Gstr2021 g.s.t.r 2021 (@Gstr2021) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Looks like you're not connected to a network. Check your settings and try again. Try: Turning off Airplane mode Turning on Mobile data or Wi-Fi Checking the signal in your area

  • anniesnomsblog Annie Ngai (@anniesnomsblog) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, it's always been like it & with previous phone. Doesn't seem to be a particular time or spot in the house, it's all day every day. I end up using another phone to make the call again. We live in a wooded area, so I understand poor signal, but that's why I need WiFi calling!

  • Gstr2021 g.s.t.r 2021 (@Gstr2021) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've phoned up three times and every call was disconnected..I'm not spending allday trying to sort this issue out

  • alixtrot Alix Dunn (@alixtrot) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks - wasn't a customer support whinge. A bigger reflection on the way systems and defaults are built to leak money from individuals to companies. That said, the link is appreciated :)

  • stocky_stocker Chris stocker (@stocky_stocker) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Zero signal, as I said it’s been more frequent the last 3-4 weeks. Not great when running a business. Just end up with loads of voicemails as nobody can get through to me.
