    @ThreeUKSupport Over a year of no data and low signal, constant lies, cut off from calls etc. Been offered £5 for as good will for the £1000 I have spent on not getting what I’m contracted to! Told if I don’t like it leave! You really care about your customers! You guys really don’t care!

    @ThreeUKSupport no need, someone fixed it moments ago. Amazing how it moved from not understanding the problem, to "it's not our fault, blame someone else" and now "sorry, here's 5 quid for the burden and we'll check this"

    @ThreeUK Just try and take advantage of this offer! Near 3 weeks trying, 9 people from three unable to help and 2 complaints (both closed without informing me). The most awful customer service I have ever experienced.

    @ThreeUKSupport This is claiming a watch. Seriously I have spoken to 14 different reps. Promised resolution time and time again. I bought my phone on the 12th Jan. My contract date is the 10th Feb. I need proof of purchase which yous can't provide so I can't claim the watch... I spoke to Samsung

    @edparsons @ThreeUK @virginmedia That is very fast; must be upper end ?as they report an average of 100meg which also isn’t that slow
