    @ThreeUK I am extremely disappointed with the Three customer service and app. I have been trying for two hours to cancel a contract on a Three Huawei mobile internet dongle. Not only does the app and website take you round in circles and try to get you into a new contract. 1/3

    Is there a worse company than @ThreeUK sold me mobile broadband saying I’d get good signal 2 years ago. Wasn’t able to use it as it didn’t. I carried on paying even tho I wasn’t able to use it. Cancelled it after 2 years. Rang me just now demanding money as I hadn’t cancelled it

    @ThreeUKSupport hi I have tried to speak with support and my local store, but im not getting anywhere. I had a contract for an ipad between 7-9 years ago with three. Without proof of purchase I can't have apple unlock my device. No one can seem to help me?

    @ThreeUKSupport after my contract finishes I’m defo not going back to your network, your admin for billing is atrocious, contacting the wife and hassling her for a contract in my name, a phone that the daughter has not used in over 12 months and the final bill was paid days ago

    @Matthew_Wright @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK Matthew if you get a pac code off vodafone you can give that to, three to use your old number on your new network. I did that very same thing, hope this helps x

    @ThreeUKSupport Course not, it had been down for 2 days which you blatantly ignored and then now it’s back up you’re here again. We have 4 people using your service in our house and other people on Twitter had the same complaint for our area #useless

    .@ThreeUKSupport - I hung up and called back. Within minutes I got Roheeni, who answered my question IMMEDIATELY and settled the issue of my bill being wrong, something that FIVE previous people in calls lasting almost THREE HOURS hadn't been able to do. Unbelievable.
