@ThreeUK please support data on Apple Watch. You’re one of the only companies (& the best) that don’t.

@ThreeUKSupport According to your coverage checker I live on the very edge of the signal range and when I move house in 11 days (literally 5 mins up the road) I’ll only be able to get 5g outdoors, not great when I pay monthly for a 5g hub.

@ThreeUK Hiya I'm in the CT7 area. Every day about this time (14:30) until 17/18:00 the internet hub connection seems to disappear. Partner is from home as a NHS trainee Operations department practitioner, its causing issues in her live lectures Why does this keep happening?

@ThreeUKSupport I’m already a customer & I’ve just taken out a new contract with you but I’d like to transfer my current number to the new contract. How can I do this please as I’ve been told various ways?

  • MattLaneUK
    Matt Lane ('Laneoo') (@MattLaneUK) reported

Real shame I have to go public but @ThreeUK's customer service is shambolic. To pass a credit check to then 5 minutes later to be declined bc of a bank card registered to a past address is stupid. Could comfortably pay the broadband contract in full #DoYouWantMyMoney #BadBusiness

@ThreeUKSupport I'm having significant problems with outbound calls I make. Whilst I have full signal, the receiver of the call experiences significant delays in what I'm saying and its very broken up even though what the receiver says comes through perfectly to me. Please help!

@ThreeUKSupport Since I started my contract about 3 weeks ago. It's not just me, a load of people at work all have issues with other networks too.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm all set up so no problems on that front but it's leading to confusion for two Three departments to give conflicting info.

@ThreeUK Once again, really slow speeds from our mobile internet supplied by 3. Advertised speeds of 20 mbps….actual speeds of 0.3mbps. For comparison, started my phone hotspot, also with 3. Runs at 6 mbps. I’m paying for an unusable service.
