@ThreeUKSupport I reported an issue a while back in regards to unusable Internet connection at M20 2PN area. It is still not working. Was using 5G and when travelling in this area websites were not loading properly.

Finally got everything sorted with @ThreeUK , however I had to email the CEO of Ireland and the UK to get things sorted! Definitely proof that @ThreeUKSupport has really gone down hill. They never acknowledged the phone return, they input information wrong too. #MoveFromThree

@ThreeUK I cannot get your web chat people to understand that I live in a rural area with no mobile signal. So, when you send me an SMs text to enable me to log into your app or website, I don’t receive it! Why can’t the code be sent via email?
