@bella_EB @ThreeUKSupport What makes you think the manager isn't going to lie to you? And from what you're saying, you must be a business customer? If not, don't mention your business.

  • justdoone1 justdoone (@justdoone1) reported

@ThreeUK You are full of ****. Three don't care about anyone

  • gE0013 gE (@gE0013) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I am no longer in the UK, therefore I can't call you also because the SIM card does not work any more. How can I fix this? Thanks

  • EvelynHoskins Evelyn Hoskins (@EvelynHoskins) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No one from your team has spoken to me. It seems as though the phone support team and the web support team aren’t connected, when I speak to one they just send me to the other. And I’ve been told I can’t even go in store where I purchased it originally.

  • Shell_Barrett Shell Barrett (@Shell_Barrett) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I had issues which I got told compensation would be added to my account. £20 off my first bill and second bill scraped! This hasn’t happened?

  • r_condy Ryan Condy (@r_condy) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why do I have No Service in FY4 yet again?

  • dartmooravenger Dartmoor Avenger (@dartmooravenger) reported

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Have finally left my contract with Three home broadband, that was often running at 4mbps or less and am now enjoying EE at over 48mbps. I have 2 other slow mobile accounts with Three that will probably head the same way

  • joekate ANDREW LAYBOURN (@joekate) reported

@ThreeUKSupport We’re working as fast as we can to build a better, stronger network in your area. How long does it take, been like this since September 😡

  • GetMeAManager Karen is Correct (@GetMeAManager) reported

@dannifdx @ThreeUKSupport It's actually 30 days for fraud cases. Not 48 hours. Not 72 hours. It's 30 days. If there was fraudulent activity on your account prior, this is why. So in actual fact, Three are doing you a favour. The only problem is the inexperienced advice given to you.

  • BecksMadeley Becks Madeley ♡ (@BecksMadeley) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No I need to speak to someone from 3 about this. They told me to call back with the crime reference number. Please can I have a number to call for someone that isn’t a customer
