@ThreeUKSupport For over a year now, I've found that mobile data consistently doesn't work at all within Stratford station (E15 1AZ), even though 4G signal strength is high. Maybe an ongoing capacity issue? Are you able to look into this? Thanks.

What a day @ThreeUK total shambles. Non UK based staff who can’t deal with my issue and now told my phone returned to their depot when my upgrade was due for delivery today. Time to switch after 10 years, total let down

@ThreeUKSupport Good customer services is not telling someone with covid, who is working from home with a five mile black out on services. To just travel outside that five miles then. A person who wouldn’t have had covid if they had been working from home not constantly travelling for service.

@ThreeUKSupport NR29 4HZ & they are all apple devices. iPhone XS. 2 xiPhone 12 & iPhone 11 - your tech people have previously promised mast upgrades due to tourism demand in this area but it remains terrible the most we can expect on a good day is circa 5Mbps and even that’s rare now. Thanks 🙏
