    @ThreeUKSupport My contract was never downgraded and I have just received a bill that is double what it should have been. This has been after numerous calls and live chats at the beginning of January

    @ThreeUKSupport It was on the chat then I rang about it to confirm. No it doesn't say on the bill. I just spoke to someone on the chat, and got cut off, but was told that it had never been changed

    @ThreeUK I can’t send text messages,turning on and off doesn’t work.I’ve just spoken to customer service and his response was “do not worry we will fix it soon” but couldn’t give me an idea of when “soon” was, and just repeated “do not worry”. Not easy to “not worry” when I need to text!

    @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to someone on the phone... i just don’t understand why I can’t upgrade to your own deal.... having to cancel my contract and port my number is a faff. poor service really

    @ThreeUKSupport @picklespick Hi Ali - both me and my partner are on the network and having issues with texts. Both have iPhone 11, fully updated, and are unable to send texts. Calls work fine. Peterborough postcode PE1.

    @EReadingAuthor @ThreeUK Yeah I did the same haha fort my phone services got restricted or something so I paid my phone bill as well snd that still didn’t help so annoying
