    @ThreeUKSupport It was on the chat then I rang about it to confirm. No it doesn't say on the bill. I just spoke to someone on the chat, and got cut off, but was told that it had never been changed

    @ThreeUKSupport I have had contracts with you for over 10 years, I have recently downgraded to SIM only and it has been nothing but problems and being overcharged

    @status_is_down Since arriving in North Norfolk on holiday, there is no 3uk service whatsoever, for miles around where we are staying which is weybourne area. Have to dive over 30 mins on any direction to get even a tiny signal. #threeuk @ThreeUKSupport

    @Threeuk can barely load up my bus ticket in the city centre never mind doubling the price of the Caffè Nero reward and expecting that to load up in time to purchase. If only companies focused on improving their services before taking away the perks.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport this service is becoming worse, have just arrived in weybourne Norfolk and it's dead. Have to drive over half hr in any direction to get scraps of signal. Having to rely on free WiFi just to let family know we're alive! What is going on?! #three

    @TheBetterStuart @ThreeUK I'm on @iD_Mobile_UK which uses 3 and the signal is appalling everywhere. I won't be renewing when my contract ends next year.
