@ThreeUK Not one of our android phones or Ipad received the emergency alert. Yes, all settings were set to receive the alert, and the phones are all 4g and 5g. Also, none were on aeroplane mode. Very disapointed with 3 mobile and british government. But, whats new!🙄

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, is there a problem with the network? I've not been getting texts or getting them hours/days late all week. I also got the national alert late today and when I checked I had not network for about 10 minutes.

@ThreeUK There must be made another test with so many Three costumers not receiving the alert. Further Three support told my husband being on WiFi-call (due to the poor connection at our home) or on Wi-Fi will result in not receiving the alert! NOT ACCEPTABLE!

@Wolfie180 @ThreeUK Regardless of contract or monthly, everyone in the UK, should have got that alert on a registered Sim. Three are in big trouble for this. In case there had been a real emergency, we would not have known!
