  • PedroClarke1 Peter Clarke (@PedroClarke1) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Gabeuk @ThreeUK Fair. While I agree that some of the 5G Monopole designs are egregious for certain street scenes, I have trouble devising something better with massively compromising on capability. Although there is an argument that more of less could work better...

  • AriffK_88 Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUKSupport I'm actually sick of speaking to your webchat and help desk. They tell me the problem is my phone. Shows how much they listen. Then tell me they can't do anything and pass me through to complaints who can't help either. Useless!

  • Rachel_McKee Rachel McKee (@Rachel_McKee) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUKSupport It was on the chat then I rang about it to confirm. No it doesn't say on the bill. I just spoke to someone on the chat, and got cut off, but was told that it had never been changed

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Marooned_Sailor Ian Judd (@Marooned_Sailor) reported

@O2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK if I bought a US iphone14 when travelling in the US can you support the eSim plan needed here in the UK?

  • CassDan2 Cass Dan (@CassDan2) reported

@ThreeUK been in hospital & now rehab trying to sort this mess out, really not the extra stress I need. I want to get out of the contract without paying cancellation fees, as I only want to leave bc your customer service is so useless and stress-inducing

  • jonhoneyball Jon Honeyball (@jonhoneyball) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @rank_bad_yin So you support esim on watch but not on iPhone?

  • monaghp Paul Monaghan (@monaghp) reported

@michael3wilson @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’ve written to their CEO’s office. Not to complain really but to bring to his attention how poor the support is, how un-joined up it is and how poor their follow the sun contact centre strategy is performing.

  • xx_umama 𝓊 (@xx_umama) reported

    @ThreeUK fix your internet fgs

  • mn2k2shox Fordy (@mn2k2shox) reported

@ThreeUK any reason why for £70 a month, 9 out of 10 times we can’t get signal at home or in the village andwhen we do get some sort of signal, it’s unusable?

  • biggerboat biggerboat (@biggerboat) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Looking at upgrading my iPhone to the new iPhone 14 Pro. Please can you tell me which LTE Bands the new iPhone can take advantage of on threes network??

  • GuyGregory Guy Gregory (@GuyGregory) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @rank_bad_yin That’s disappointing to hear. I’m considering moving from EE to Three, but for me, lack of eSIM support is a deal breaker. My iPhone’s physical SIM slot is taken by my work SIM, so my personal plan has got to be on eSIM.

  • aspi80 Andrew Pinkney (@aspi80) reported from Sacriston, England

@ThreeUK I’ve been looking at the mobile hubs does the 5g support 4g ? Just to future proof my potential purchase.
