    @ThreeUKSupport I’m getting no where with your technical team regarding my Huawei B311 router which is dropping connection. They are trying to replace it with a MIFI device which is useless, can I please get some help, this has been going on since Friday

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks - I was able to cancel my contract. Never again. I was with Three for many years then changed for just a year and went back to Three to be treated the same way as previously.

    @ThreeUKSupport no mobile internet all afternoon!! the one day i need it & it doesn't load a thing!!! Is that the service i'm paying for? my opinion... no connection = no bill!!?! i'm getting nothing that should mean paying nothing!

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK Big deal ! Now get the 5G signal to where I live and I’ll sign up for the 5G broadband. Spend some money on your network for a change instead of your advertising and sponsorships

    @ThreeUKSupport I am sick to death of no internet, Wi-Fi is Shute and cellular is shite, are we playing round Beith again by chance? You are not fulfilling your end of the contract when are you going to fix it? It better be soon or I will be changing my supplier.

    @ThreeUKSupport My 4G/5G won’t work but only on some apps? On here it doesn’t work and also Trainline which I use because I need to go to work etc. Any ideas maybe why it’s not working?

    @ThreeUKSupport Full 5G service at IG6 2UU but no download at all.Have to swap back to 4G.What’s going on?

    @ThreeUKSupport Everything works ok except the internet. It’s telling me I have a good signal but it’s crap, when are you going to sort it? If I go down to the main road to Lochwinnoch I get 5g here it’s shite, when are you goong to dort it or do I have to change provider to get some service?

    2022 and can't make a video call using @ThreeUK as signal is so bad . But least they have real 5g I suppose. Of wait they always ask me to turn on 3g as 5g and 4g don't work .

    Anyone use @ThreeUK home 4g broadband? @OpenreachHelp have been so appalling fixing a storm damaged line that was already a bad I’m thinking of swapping to 4g for the house!
