I am still getting billed for it after being promised it had been closed on 3 occasions.

PAC code still awaited 4 days later so I can move back to original provider. I have been unable to use my mobile, and currently home working! #poorcustomerservice

It’s not unheard of that on launch day supply will be short, so set expectations and give a window, not a solid date which you’ll likely miss.

My minimum term is up shortly, and here's a couple of suggestions: * Stick with the same service and price on a rolling monthly basis, or; * Pay £2 more per month on a 24-month contract for the same service.
