Stewart Priest 🌈 🏒 💙 (@itsjuststewart) reported from Clydebank, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport on a separate issue, do you know when you’ll be moving on with eSIM rollout? I live nowhere near the stores you’ve launched in, but could do with an eSIM.
-
Stuart Mclelland (@mclellandstu) reported from Milngavie, Scotland@ThreeUK worst customer service I have experienced, sent back a internet router in September due to poor connection and you offered to waive the cancellation charges. Chamille Andrews (@AndrewsChamille) reported from Lennoxtown, Scotland@ThreeUK guaranteed a call confirming my pac today, still an hour and a half to go so fingers crossed it comes. Can’t wait to get back to Vodafone, a company whose customer service is by far superior. #ineedmyphone #NeverAgain
-
Stewart Priest 🌈 🏒 💙 (@itsjuststewart) reported from Clydebank, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport I understand the logistical issues, but when you’ve sent confirmation with a delivery date, it’s to be expected that people are unhappy. It’s not unheard of that on launch day supply will be short, so set expectations and give a window, not a solid date which you’ll likely miss.

Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
H (@Teachertweet87) reported@ThreeUKSupport hi I’m having repeated issues with my data roaming. Talked to live support but no solutions - how do I get help? Abroad for 4 more weeks and need a solution

Jonathan 🇺🇦 (@GayToryJon) reported@ThreeUKSupport why do you make it so difficult to do anything online?? Sorting out my upgrade, having been a contract customer for nearly 22 years and it kept going wrong. So I spoke to someone on chat and seemed all good until the chat disappeared on me
