@ThreeUKSupport I’m getting no where with your technical team regarding my Huawei B311 router which is dropping connection. They are trying to replace it with a MIFI device which is useless, can I please get some help, this has been going on since Friday

    Stewart Priest  🌈 🏒 💙 (@itsjuststewart) reported from Clydebank, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport on a separate issue, do you know when you’ll be moving on with eSIM rollout? I live nowhere near the stores you’ve launched in, but could do with an eSIM.

  • spinningthedisc
MrDeeJay (@spinningthedisc) reported from Erskine, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport It did eventually move over but coverage is not good. What’s the process as it not working in locations I need.

@CptAhab4 @ThreeUK Possibly down to the frequencies either operator have.

  • The_Tartan_Yank
DB (@The_Tartan_Yank) reported from Kirkintilloch, Scotland

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport really getting tired of having to change to 3G ANYWHERE around Glasgow Queen Street station . 4G data just does not work in/or around the station but works everywhere else I go so not a phone or sim issue 😡

  • mclellandstu
Stuart Mclelland (@mclellandstu) reported from Milngavie, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Three, I’m still waiting on technical support calling me with a solution to my internet issues that keep dropping on my WiFi , I have called customer support twice to be told I will be called priority still waiting 10 days later and still have internet issues

  • spinningthedisc

  • ErinCheshire
Erin (@ErinCheshire) reported from Clydebank, Scotland

@ThreeUK just so you know your customer service from the advisors in the call centre is absolutely shocking

  • mclellandstu
Stuart Mclelland (@mclellandstu) reported from Milngavie, Scotland

@ThreeUK worst customer service I have experienced, sent back a internet router in September due to poor connection and you offered to waive the cancellation charges. I am still getting billed for it after being promised it had been closed on 3 occasions.

  • itsjuststewart
    Stewart Priest  🌈 🏒 💙 (@itsjuststewart) reported from Clydebank, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport I understand the logistical issues, but when you’ve sent confirmation with a delivery date, it’s to be expected that people are unhappy. It’s not unheard of that on launch day supply will be short, so set expectations and give a window, not a solid date which you’ll likely miss.

  • AndrewsChamille
Chamille Andrews (@AndrewsChamille) reported from Lennoxtown, Scotland

@ThreeUK guaranteed a call confirming my pac today, still an hour and a half to go so fingers crossed it comes. Can’t wait to get back to Vodafone, a company whose customer service is by far superior. #ineedmyphone #NeverAgain

  • AndrewsChamille
Chamille Andrews (@AndrewsChamille) reported from Lennoxtown, Scotland

@ThreeUK Moved from another provider to a better deal with you then cancelled due to insufficient signal. PAC code still awaited 4 days later so I can move back to original provider. I have been unable to use my mobile, and currently home working! #poorcustomerservice

  • spinningthedisc
MrDeeJay (@spinningthedisc) reported from Erskine, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport what’s happening in PA8 - every day for the last 2 weeks no signal during the daytime!

Hello @Vodacom I am porting to you from @ThreeUK. 5years of loyalty to @ThreeUK yet I cannot use their network to maintain a telephone conversation that will last for 3minutes, so disgusting!

  • BrettOfTheSouth
    Brett (@BrettOfTheSouth) reported

45 minuets on live chat to sort a simple issue. Doesn't help they take 4 minuets to reply each time. On @ThreeUKSupport

  • JurateJW
    JurateW #FBPE 🇪🇺🇪🇺🔶️💙 (@JurateJW) reported

@kokeshimum I am with @ThreeUK The worst signal ever.

  • josephsinyor
    Joseph Sinyor (@josephsinyor) reported

@ThreeUK My new broadband router from NextDayBroadband arrived today, but there’s a 3 outage from day one. Your status page gives no ETA, just “we’re working on it.” Customers deserve better communication and at least an estimated resolution time. Poor first impression.

  • CharlieMansfi17
    Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported

@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.

  • P_L_M97
    𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐆𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐈 (@P_L_M97) reported

@ThreeUKSupport is there an issue in swanage? For the last year or so? I used to have excellent signal here at home and now I’m lucky if I get 1 bar. Horrendous

  • Gilt_Elephant
    elephantum aureum (@Gilt_Elephant) reported

@ThreeUK — get your act together — you continue to be a disgrace in terms of what you promise and the piss poor effort you deliver.

  • jnides8
    Jim D (@jnides8) reported

First world problems but @ThreeUK changing their £1 coffee deal has lost them a customer. I could just about put up with the ****** coverage in return but there's no incentive to stay now.

  • 80iishh
    huey freeman (@80iishh) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport how do you guys even get customers. I’d have better signal with a Nigerian provider

  • Tigerfan11

Never dealt with such crap customer service as @ThreeUK
