Was told by 2nd line support that due to the issues I can cancel my contract to now to be told yes if I pay a fee only. Disgusting company

We can receive and hear people when they call from a landline it’s just when we phone landlines they can’t hear us. Tried multiple landlines and different makes of phones and it seems to be a 3 problem as all worked fine on Vodafone
