@ThreeUKSupport No. I'll get her to call back....again. It's frustrating to call in to cancel the contract, then get advised to use the PAC...then end up with yet another months contract for a phone we'd told you was no longer in use. We've now advised all family members to close 3 contracts.👎

@ThreeUK some of the worst customer service I have ever seen! Were promised a £70 refund because of terrible service and spoke to a lovely lady that said we could also cancel our contract without fees. Now being told the £70 can be applied as credit towards EXIT FEES of £100+

@ThreeUKSupport Done, literally the worst thing I have ever tried to use. 0.53 mbps. How the hell are these on sale as an internet option. You should be made to guarantee speeds. Roll on BT fibre tomorrow

@ThreeUK Hi. I submitted my claim to Samsung for the S21 ultra buds and tag. Samsung are asking for proof of purchase. I submitted the paperwork that came with the handset but have no other receipt. Can you help please?

Hey @ThreeUKSupport recently ended my contract with you guys, as the reception at work is none existent. On the phone the man said the final bill will be one amount, when it arrived in post it's another £100 on top can you help please.

@ThreeUK if my reception gets any slower I may as well just cancel my contract and get a landline, it’d be more reliable... it’s 2021 and I’m not even getting 1mbps. But you’ll happily charge me £32.50 a month. Absolute shambles.
