    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUK when are you going to learn that overseas call centres don’t work, been on the phone for 45mins trying to cancel one contract, with no joy. I’ll now be cancelling all 3.

    @ThreeUK your support for customers is not just poor, it's unfit for purpose. It left me, a vulnerable/disabled customer feeling dehumanised. The live chat gave poorly worded responses, and the call agents were impatient and one had no idea what RelayUK was.

    @ThreeUK Is there issues with the network again? When people try to call me, the phone rings but it doesn’t come through on my phone. I also cannot make outbound calls again?

    @ThreeUKSupport 7 days now still unable to make or receive phone calls. Been on live chat and on the phone for over 2 hours in total and still nobody has any idea what’s wrong. Fantastic service from 3. Only been a customer last 6 weeks
