@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

Dear @ThreeUK Your network has been down across the UK for hours, affecting basic voice calls. Customers are receiving no meaningful updates. Why has this outage occurred? Is it a routing, infrastructure, or capacity issue? Please communicate transparently and provide an ETA.
