@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport @NeilJJG Were you experiencing technical issues when writing this? The rest of @ThreeUK thread seems to have disappeared. Was it eaten up by your #roaming #charges ?

@ThreeUKSupport That does not resolve the issue. The problem is too many people are using the internet at peak times on my mast. Can you not increase capacity in EH6 at peak times? It's fine during the day, then crashes when people get home from work, which is when I work :/

@ThreeUKSupport Can’t even login to the app. The first time I’ve tried to use it, it just comes up with the message and I can’t navigate away from it to do anything. What is the minimum IOS for using it?

@ThreeUKSupport @HamiltonFanF1 Mobile signal been down most of afternoon and still is (in Potton). 3 know this but haven’t logged it as an “outage”. Presumably to avoid any bad publicity.

@ThreeUKSupport Just ran speedtest. Ping is 331!! You can see why I'm saying it's unusable for work use. With a ping of 331, it's clear there's problems with 4G in EH6 (and I'm sure elsewhere at peak times) so please stop saying there's no problem.
