@ThreeUKSupport And appreciation doesn't solve the issue. Very poor service. Why is it the customer always has to do the chasing?

SERIOUSLY, IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING JOINING 3, PLEASE DON’T. IF YOU ARE WALKING INTO THE SHOP, RUN OUT NOW! THE WORST INTERNET CONNECTION I’VE EVER HAD WITH A MOBILE NETWORK. I CAN’T WAIT FOR MY CONTRACT TO END! @ThreeUK

@nicjac @ThreeUKSupport Three support I have the same issue. I think the device upgraded to the new firmware when I switched this on. Is there anyway to disable the update when I receive my replacement device?

@ThreeUKSupport how much longer do I have to put up with a rubbish network while your engineers work on a mast?My house runs on Wi-Fi. It now can’t! 6 years with plusnet without missing a beat, 3 months with you and everything falls apart. I can’t even get a signal in every room!

@peasmoldia @ThreeUK I know. I thought it was bad here bc we’re ’up north’ and in the sticks but obviously that was just me being paranoid.

@Dorothycharnley @ThreeUK Oh no it’s everywhere Dorothy. I struggle to get a usable signal even in central London now. And why oh why is 3G still so prevalent? It’s utterly useless on smartphones. 🤨

@ThreeUKSupport Done! Issues in my local area might be triggering it (by forcing it to switch from 5G to 4G) but I do not think it is the expected that the whole router would restart when it is unable to get a signal (or just a lower quality signal). There is definitely more to it!
