  @ThreeUK Westlands A53 transmitter down again for the fourth night. Funny three website say there's no issues. But every night it happens. Information about planned maintenance or repairs would be helpful?????

  @ThreeUKSupport Yes I do - they came through the post. Have finally spoken to someone in 3 who will report them to customer protection team. Apparently someone will get back to me in 15 days - which is a long time for someone to be running up bills in my name!!

  @ThreeUKSupport No the store is 40 mins away and I have never been to it. 2 contracts have been started on the same day, with same name and address in your store, same bank details yet with different date of births. Is one of your colleagues involved in the fraud, as surely you can’t have 2 DOBs

  @ThreeUKSupport I have been trying all if your suggested "fixes" for the last eight days that the broadband has been up and down like a yo-yo. All I ever get from your "support" is that there is a problem and that you can't say what it is or when it will be resolved.
