@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport internet on phone is still down 5th day your service is terrible and customer service is worse they are abroad and don't care that your internet is not working they are rude. This is stressful when I'm supposed to be relaxing after work £36 a month I want a refund

Have you ever seen a company send your full bank details in plain text within the content of an email ? This is what @ThreeUK just did to me and it’s very troubling. I’m awaiting their customer service team to contact me tomorrow to rectify this huge oversight in their security

looks like im done with @VOXImobile unless they can sort a few things out. Pricing, speed, and quite a few more issues, gave @ThreeUK unlimited a try and its cheaper, several hundred megabits faster... Anything you plan to do to speed things up Voxi?

Shockingly slow data speeds again from @SMARTYMobileUK / @ThreeUK Sad, because it's been reliable enough for the past couple of years... Time to find an alternative I think.
