@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport I dropped it on floor with a little water on it and they were going to replace phone but said water damage because it won't power up but it powers up so they turned around and said you model is not covered by the screen insurance
