    @ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport would help if the number you gave me actually gave the option to speak to someone about it, there is no point ringing my friends phone cause you will never get to speak to me on it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Any device I have used on Three has always had issue sending and receiving data whilst in the vacinity of the Radison Blu on Bristol City Centre. More so when I am indoors (as expected, though not to the measure I am experiencing). I still have 4G and 3bar though.

    @MattNavarra @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I had this issue with Verizon last year. Their response was to pay them an extra fee for their service that would do the same thing my phone already does - silence the call and send it straight to voicemail. Doesn’t fix the problem, but I’m sure they make money off it

    @ThreeUKSupport I was missold a contract over the phone which I disputed and your advisors told me that I never called there’s no evidence of me calling and I did that online and this went on for over 2hrs which one of your advisors (different one) later on found this phone call

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for getting back to me. In most cases if I move to 3G it does work but it's not ideal. Do you know if this has become more of a problem in my area lately? I've not had a problem with this until a couple of months ago.
