@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

Listening to @MartinSLewis on @bbc5live & called my phone network @ThreeUK to negotiate. I over paid for months at the end of my last contract, my current contract is expensive, it ends in Sept. 3 choose to keep me over paying now & loose my business later rather than renegotiate

Do not purchase a mobile from @ThreeUK as their service is shocking and their security and credit checks are not up to scratch. I have had two accounts set up in my name and despite multiple calls they insist the direct debit is valid and are advising my bank to pay it! #ThreeUK
