@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport suddenly not able to make or receive calls, texts are working fine. I can see lots of people are having the same issue over the country, my partner is also on 3 sitting next to me and isn't having any issues,any suggestions? just wait it out? I've done a reset 🙃

@ThreeUKSupport I can see other people tweeting you about network issues (unable to call/text). Same issue here in BS2 postcode. Our Three home broadband seems to be working okay for now though.
