@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, I wanted to change on to the £16 per month unlimited everything deal, but I was told it's not possible, so I need to take out a new contract with @ThreeUK, use my PAC to change to a new network, then change again back to Three. I might as well not bother and go elsewhere!!!

@ThreeUKSupport £44 for a data sim that lasted two days!!! Absolute rip off then I topped up £15 on a sim that you are saying doesn’t work! Please refund ASAP! I’m not letting this go! So bloody greedy and using this awful time to profit off people!!!

@ThreeUK so dissapointed that after years of being your customer, you have been overcharging me by over £30 after my last 2 yr contract ended in November and I am now on SIM only. I am now considering leaving your company after years of being loyal.

@SQRLTV @virginmedia Been a customer of @ThreeUK for 15 years too and yet they can't offer me any better a deal to upgrade (extend my contract ) than what they offer a new customer. Loyalty counts for nothing anymore. Even a £5 a month discount would mean they would still make a nice profit still
