@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport It is still really bad today. When will this on going issue since last year be fixed? I had ai cube that I couldn’t use as well. Need to get home broadband as you can’t even supply mobile broadband or calls that don’t drop. I’m leaving! I’m not paying for something that is poor.

@ThreeUKSupport If you increase prices during a fixed-term contract then consumers can exit the contract without penalty. Once again PAYG consumers receive a second class service.
