@scottjanaway @Kent_Online @ThreeUK Apparently nobody on the Three network got it. I’m on Three but I’ve turned my alerts off.

@polbikers @ThreeUK Smarty is operated on the @ThreeUK network and Tesco by O2.

No surprise I didn’t get my alarm call today. I’m with @ThreeUK and the signal is always appalling.

  • CateSevilla Cate Sevilla (@CateSevilla) reported

@stokel @ThreeUK Surrey, on Three, we get very minimal signal in our house (but some) and didn't get the alert.

  • kentnicklloyd Nick Lloyd (@kentnicklloyd) reported

@ThreeUK Perhaps it might be because you don't appear to know how to run a phone network, just about every other ”major network" will give an eSIM to an existing customer without a problem, 3 says no you can't have one, I don't understand why 3 are stuck in the 20th century so much🫣

  • PJeffcock Phil Jeffcock 🇺🇦 🇪🇺 🐳🆔=🐘🆔=@mastodonapp.uk (@PJeffcock) reported

@ThreeUK Garbage! But my work phone on EE got it.

  • davidasimmons David Simmons (@davidasimmons) reported

@ThreeUK Will there be another test once you have resolved the issue? Or do we all need to change provider to be sure we’ll get the alerts.

  • Chacacha cha cacha (@Chacacha) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Was down the spoon at 3. No wonders most of them got the alert. Both pathetic ! Still charging me £90 a month for bad internet connection. Thanks but 👋👋👋
