@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

Having phoned up again @ThreeUK and spoken to a technical team representative, he insisted I go to a Three store. I explained I had and she told me to call customer services.

@ThreeUKSupport I don't know, its presumably in the notes. Either way, @ThreeUK has wasted hours of our time with unhelpful phone calls when all we wanted to do was cancel an unused contract. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
