@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport Not a postcode… EVERY postcode. List of examples (big towns) where I have one or no signal… Grantham, Lincoln, Boston, Nottingham, Mansfield, Derby, Chesterfield, Peterborough, Yaxley.. to save time I’ll make it easy… it’s basically all across East Midlands

@ThreeUKSupport Every other mobile network or ISP I’ve used inform their customers directly about upcoming maintenance, and updates on unplanned outages. It would be nice if you did the same. We’ve already migrated one phone away from you and have had to order a DSL line for backup broadband.

@ThreeUKSupport From another network, your online experience is rubbish , app doesn’t work and keeps giving error message and your contact centre doesn’t leave you feeling confident at all. I have had my current number for over 20 years so important I keep it.
