@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@alice_fearn @ThreeUK I had vodaphone once but couldn’t get a signal in my ground floor or basement of house in Marylebone, in central London. EE I have now is better but not much. There are blank spots with all providers, in the heart of the capital. I’d go with who gives you free EU roaming.

@alice_fearn @ThreeUK I have no problems with vodafone. The only annoying thing is you lose the free wifi on the underground. They used to have it but stopped. But no problem for me when up top haha.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, no I didn’t get an auto reply. I check my spam/junk regularly too and nothing in there. I sent from a regular gmail account and never heard anything back! I tried to name change in store which was declined so feeling stuck!

@ThreeUKSupport what’s the problem with the service in Saint Ives Cornwall. All holiday I’ve had a signal according to my phone but it won’t do anything or even send text messages.
