@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUK Had an issue with International roaming still being charged for 5 months despite my attempts to cancel it online (not great) - opened up a live chat on your website and all was resolved with most of the money being refunded, so I will continue to use Three as my provider

Something odd going on @ThreeUK just been turned down for a £20 a month plan "didn't pass credit". First time in my life, I'm 61, with an experian credit score of 999 out of 999. Who do you use for credit checks?

@ThreeUKSupport Its happening in both of my devices. It happened with EE aswell so I left them and moved to three and it's still happening. The only company this hasn't happened with is @VodafoneUK so I might move back to them but is there a way I can cancel without paying fee

@ThreeUKSupport 7 days now and the mobile data Internet constantly keeps suffering and needing a refresh. This is a new sim too. It worked for a bit but now it's ridiculous at this point. I'm honestly at this point gonna cancel my contract soon since I'm allowed on August 16th
