@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for roaming data when I have a plan that included it That plan ended today but the charges are last month. I want them removing 2 people said it would be done. This poor experience prompted me to move to O2 after a few years with you.

@ThreeUKSupport @TheHelenGiles I won't be upgrading my phone for a few more years and you won't be installing 5G in my area anyway because it's a small town. You haven't even improved regular 3G signal in my area let alone 4G and 5G. Signal is so bad I have to rely on a HomeSignal box.

@ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, they asked to close it as it was dealt with, passed me on to another agent to finalise it and bang, back to square one as the issue wasn’t solved. Called again, the agent couldn’t see that the complaint and disconnected the call. I’m a long standing customer
