    @ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

    @ThreeUK I trust that this will be resolved urgently. At the very least, I expect communication from you to advise what changed from Wednesday evening to Thursday morning, and when normal service will resume.

    @ThreeUK yet again i have no phone signal, was fixed for like 3 days and now it’s gone again. i’ve missed shifts at work as no one can get in contact by phone or text and have to go almost 5 miles away from my house to even get 1 bar!!

    @ThreeUKSupport have spoken to 2 different service advisors...in USA can make calls and use data nut when someone calls me they get message that my number isn't recognised....can forward calls to voicemail....any ideas how and when this will be fixed?

    @ThreeUK @WirelessFest Get on ticket master and pay through the roof. Nah. I'll wait. I only want to treat my teenage carer daughter as I have terminal cancer. Then they ask me to donate to cancer research. What a p take. I'll take my chances in the morning. It's not a reward. £200 extra. Think not.

    Why I pay for a 5G contract with @ThreeUK I have no idea? Just got bumped to 3G at Macarther Glen in Bridgend. Not 4G bloody 3G and that’s not unusual. Your service in Bridgend is pathetic. Contract is up in March and I won’t be staying. Really you should be refunding me! @ofgem
