    @ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

    @ThreeUK I trust that this will be resolved urgently. At the very least, I expect communication from you to advise what changed from Wednesday evening to Thursday morning, and when normal service will resume.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks John but that doesn’t help when my mums been sat waiting for an appointment with her cancer hospital to discuss her test results! We don’t have a phone between us that we can use to contact them as all been loyal to three this time we will be leaving this can’t continue.

    @ThreeUK Costing me money! cant leave the house to go to work until its back up and running, Im a callout engineer and rely totally on my phone! Gona have irate customers with no shows now! Pathetic network, I didn’t realise ID Mobile ran on this network I would never have joined if I did
