@ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

@ThreeUK I am finding that I have paid for a service I just can’t use . The whole family are on 3 and it doesn’t work anymore. It is both when I am home and away it comes up no service? That’s the whole family too !

@ThreeUKSupport We found out that if you tried too many times yesterday (when your systems were down) the accounts got locked... BUT your site still said “System problem try again later”. Big design flaw. Maybe pass that to your designers? Thanks.
