Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reportedUnfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. Theyโve said in the past itโs a local temporary fault. But Iโm sure itโs bandwidth/network capacity issues.

They send a sms ? How when itโs hub ? @Ofcom @IanMurrayMP please can this be looked into - Iโm not the only one that been scammed, thereโs hundreds of people
