@ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

Goto @ThreeUK website to get my PAC code, says there is a problem with my account and to call 333. Call 333, wait in queue for 10 minutes to be told that a specialist department will call me back in 24-72 hours! This is crazy waste of everyone’s time! #sortItOut
@ThreeUK absolutely disgusted with the way that customer service has treated me.
Whoever does the training for customer services @VodafoneUK send them to @ThreeUK & @ThreeUKSupport just to teach them only HALF of what you do as this alone would be a massive improvement! To #DaivdDyson company!
@ThreeUKSupport I have had 3 live chats that each was over an hour and a half and no one even told me it hadn’t arrived with you. RM not updated the tracking since it was posted and now I’m stuck. Your customer service on chat is abysmal - just want my money bank and not to lose more work time
@ThreeUKSupport Hello, yes I bought a 4g WiFi device that never worked. Returned it in your pre paid envelope and got proof of posting on 13th Aug. Since then Royal Mail have lost it presumably and you are still taking money out of my account monthly

@ThreeUKSupport something strange is happening in Inverness, whenever I get above 2 bars of signal i get network and internet errors constantly.
@ThreeUKSupport called multiple times for support but customer service advisor always hangs up phone. Maybe you guys should close your network if you cannot handle the demands to support it
@ThreeUKSupport I have spent 4 months at this and all you do is pass the buck, I understand completely, but you seem to fail to understand that you supply the phone and calls and data and when your call centres consistently hangup on customers if reeks of company policy
