@ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

@ThreeUKSupport as many others are, i'm having an issue connecting to netflix on your network. both my phone and wifi are provided by you & get an nw-2-5 error on netflix, nothing else i have tried is having an issue. my partner is on another network and can connect fine

@ThreeUKSupport I will, but just to make you aware, I have tried my 3 4g sim in two different routers and it doesn’t work. I have an ADSL connection, which is only 2 meg and it will connect ok. I also have a smarty sim in my phone, (which uses the 3 network), and it works.

@ThreeUKSupport snapchat, app store and netflix all down on mobile data for over a day now. Will only work on wifi. Seen multiple tweets now with the same issue all three customers. Absolutely 0 help from customer service so contract cancelled !!!

164 MB/S with @ThreeUK 5G service. I'll be cancelling my @SkyUK as I'm on their ultra fast broadband and only get between 40 and 50 MB/S. With soaring energy prices and cost of living at an all time high, some providers need to wise up with their pricing and service.

@whaleyola @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport this is your issue not netflix. It's only and issue that seems to be effecting 3 customers. Spoken several times with netflix and it appears that it is definitely your issue to fix. Best get on it be cause it's been 2 days now 😤

@ThreeUKSupport @samorris6182 Also having the exact same issue. Netflix snapchat and the app store not working cancelled my direct debit and ordered an EE sim absolutely useless network with 0 help from customer service!!!!
