    @ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

    either @threeuk are doing (long lasting) maintenance in the west mids, or they’ve turned off a mast. this service is appalling. 4G loading at GPRS level speeds. and 5G just doesn’t work at all

    @ThreeUKSupport just upgraded my phone but the signal in my house is shocking! Been with three for a while and noticed this issue but now it's even worst! Don't pay £50 for no signal.

    @AngeDrummond @ThreeUKSupport if you agree to transfer ownership with no liabilities to you you can both agree with Three the direct debit still remains with your bank account. I feel your pain, I have to train Tech Mahindra 🇮🇳staff myself in U.K. legislation let alone Three U.K. policies. Poor staff training

    Very disappointed at @ThreeUK feel they’re becoming a unaffordable unless you’re based in London and support Chelsea
