  @ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?   @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.

  Many thanks to the hopeless @ThreeUKSupport for waking me up despite clear instructions not to call me before 1pm clearly they didn’t listen to a word I said. No idea of customer service.
