Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

When I did get past that their chat **** bot could only handle returns. After repeating myself a number of times & saying "human" loads too, it hung up!
