@ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

@EE I cannot comment on your 5G speed and coverage in Glasgow but I have been with @threeUK for years and never had trouble with them and I'm paying only £18 for my unlimited sim 12 month contract with them.

@ThreeUK Hi, Your complaints team yesterday gave me a direct number to get back to them, which simply goes to the normal three service, I have no mobile boradband and have been vaugely told there is work in my are, the three coverage checker STILL does not show this.

@ThreeUKSupport Ive done all that, sadly the app is just ****. Check out the reviews on the google play store, Im not the only one having similar issues. This isnt a request for technical help, this is a feedback and a complaint to get it sorted or im asking for my PAC number and going voda.
