Hey @ThreeUK , do you guys offer family plans? My Dad needs a new phone so I figured I'd treat him on Father's Day.

  • ZugIreland Garry Luke (@ZugIreland) reported from Dromore, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

  • ZugIreland Garry Luke (@ZugIreland) reported from Dromore, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUK I trust that this will be resolved urgently. At the very least, I expect communication from you to advise what changed from Wednesday evening to Thursday morning, and when normal service will resume.

@ThreeUKSupport The problem is that I cant view my bills because I cant log in to my account without my number and verification code sent to it. What are my options?

  • daniel_zaretsky Daniel Zaretsky (@daniel_zaretsky) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I tried to do this on my own before tweeting at you and had the same issue. Maybe I should try wifi over 4g of local provider?

  • TimbobWilts $shib $sol $luna $dia (@TimbobWilts) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport So disappointed. My business broadband has deteriorated over the past few months. Called 2 weeks ago, was told to wait 7 days and if no improvement contract can be cancelled. Waited 2 weeks, called back, was told to wait longer. No option to cancel /1

  • daniel_zaretsky Daniel Zaretsky (@daniel_zaretsky) reported

@ThreeUKSupport switching to wifi didnt help

  • MarkkkyJ Mark Johnson (@MarkkkyJ) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I cancelled my contract with you in 2010, but I’m still receiving emails saying my account is active. Please can you help?

  • Comp_uter1 Comp_uter15776 (@Comp_uter1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Slow to respond too it seems.

  • niallds Niall Saville (@niallds) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Chris! Yes, the service was suspended. I picked up a new SIM in a shop yesterday and was told it would take 2-4 hours to reactivate, then followed up after 5 hours and it was apparently "stuck"...

  • stealthii Daniel Porter Wilgar (@stealthii) reported

I never knew transferring a cell number between networks could be this difficult. My number since 2009 is disconnected, and both @ThreeUK and @EE are adamant they don't own the number, and to contact the other provider. How do I resolve this? Anyone else had this issue?

  • Comp_uter1 Comp_uter15776 (@Comp_uter1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport got the new galaxy 4 watch from Samsung w/4G only to find out Three don't support mobile plans for it? Please fix.

  • TimbobWilts $shib $sol $luna $dia (@TimbobWilts) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Sadly no options other than to wait yet again and call back if the service has improved. It won't improve, there is no end date to engineering works. Meanwhile I've had to get another provider as I need to work on Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc :(
