    @ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. I mistakenly put through an upgrade on 19th Jan and immediately requested for it to be cancelled. A week later the cancellation still isn't reflected on my account. I've spoken to numerous customer advisers and keep being told it will be done "soon". Yesterday
