    @ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

    @ThreeUK I trust that this will be resolved urgently. At the very least, I expect communication from you to advise what changed from Wednesday evening to Thursday morning, and when normal service will resume.

    Hey @ThreeUK when i deny app permission for tracking " even when closed" i mean it. The app trying to force me to change ot from "only.when use" every time i open it is both insulting and bad user experience. No means no!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yet another Huawei 4G router reboot. Facing speeds of 2.3mbps download plus upload speeds so slow as to be unmeasurable. This situation has persisted for many days, internet unusable. All this for £20 per month.

    @ThreeUKSupport Having issues trying to create/ register for a three account, everytime I try put in a password it says its not correct even though im only registering / creating the account

    @ThreeUKSupport Which is precisely why I went into a shop. WHY are they not allowed to help. I also don’t want to conduct this over the phone / chat / social media. I want a person to sort it out. They told me they are “not able to”. It looks like it’s time to try a new phone company.

    @ThreeUK Thanks for the swift reply. Phone is a Samsung A40 and I have never removed it from the phone which I got with an upgrade. have tried rebooting with no effect. Not tried airplane & data settings.

    @ThreeUK I'm not getting any 4g service at all in the B90 area and other areas so I'm having to switch to 3g only. Do you know why?
