@ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

@ThreeUK I trust that this will be resolved urgently. At the very least, I expect communication from you to advise what changed from Wednesday evening to Thursday morning, and when normal service will resume.

@HabboSkream Who’s your network provider? I arranged my upgrade on Friday with @ThreeUKSupport and they told me I’d have my phone by Monday. I called them on Mon & Tues and they said it’s on its way. On Wednesday I called and they told me my upgrade got cancelled on the Sunday :) love it x

@HabboSkream @ThreeUKSupport Oh my godd. I’m over it. In the last week I must’ve spoken to three like 20 times. On Wednesday they told me to wait 48 hours for a callback which would be today. Today I rung and the guys telling me to wait another 48 hours and I absolutely lost my ****. Three always a nightmare

@ThreeUK worst customer service ever. Been on the phone and cut off 6 times tonight. You've set up contracts and billing me incorrectly and for 3 months tell me you'll stop but keep doing it. I'm complaining to OfCom.

@ThreeUKSupport I've been told so many different things why it was stopped, when I never had chance to use it properly because I was given wrong settings from three !, Security stopped it so I was informed, its gone to three complaints
