Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

A-I (@Unlucky_Dude2) reported@ThreeUKSupport i have been getting charged by applepay. I have never used applepay and have 5 trasactions totalling around £84 in space of 10 mins. I dont own an iphone and have no transactions showing up on my google pay acc on my android phone. What scam is this?

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and the service I’ve received recently is completely unacceptable. I am being significantly overcharged. my bill should be £15 + £28 for broadband, yet £104 was taken last month

Crocidolite (@Crocidolite11) reported£15.96 before April now £18.26 from April and @ThreeUK can’t get their emails out quick enough to tell you of the price increase for a further year of the same ******* service. £27.60 more from one customer. That’s roughly £289 MILLION additional revenue just from the UK alone.
