SimonSaysHypno (@SimonSaysHypno) reported from Scotch Street, Northern IrelandHey @ThreeUK , do you guys offer family plans? My Dad needs a new phone so I figured I'd treat him on Father's Day.
-
Garry Luke (@ZugIreland) reported from Dromore, Northern Ireland@ThreeUK I trust that this will be resolved urgently. At the very least, I expect communication from you to advise what changed from Wednesday evening to Thursday morning, and when normal service will resume.

H (@Teachertweet87) reported@ThreeUKSupport hi I’m having repeated issues with my data roaming. Talked to live support but no solutions - how do I get help? Abroad for 4 more weeks and need a solution
-
🏴🍉 Jade 🇵🇸 (@JadeThinksALot) reported@ThreeUK won’t be keeping me as a customer. Reception is crap and the Nero coffee was the one redeemer. Now it’s £2 and can only claim within the hour, if you wait too long all the codes are gone. Useless.
-
MarkMark250 (@MarkMark250) reported@threeuk Why do your customer service agents feel the need to lie on your help chat, then instead of helping try to trick me into a 24 month contract?
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
CRoM (@romeocln) reportedI moved from @ThreeUK to @O2 and nothing has improved on signal. Blind spots alll over the places. What I really don't get why you don't get anything on 4 antena bars? And could be anywhere in London
-
James (@jdxn_1) reportedSpent 10 days in Barbados with full signal, less than 24hrs back in the UK and i can barely hold a conversation. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Getting worse and worse.
-
SMARTY (@SMARTYMobileUK) reported@SOAMER @ThreeUK We're really sorry to hear this. There could be a few different reasons why you're experiencing Slow speeds. Please do get in touch with our team, so we can take a closer look and help sort things out.
