    @ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

    @ThreeUK I trust that this will be resolved urgently. At the very least, I expect communication from you to advise what changed from Wednesday evening to Thursday morning, and when normal service will resume.

    @mikehad26 @ThreeUK That may be the problem Mike … should have asked someone moe attuned …though I criticise 3 and others because the pricing is difficult to navigate and they rely on not being questioned too closely .. I find i can get what I want from another provider using their network for £4

    @ThreeUKSupport Just at my home address and surrounding area, my broadband is three 5g and my mobile devices are ID mobile so we have zero connection for anything it's awful.

    @ThreeUKSupport what is up with your wifi service AND cell phone service ??? This is ridiculous how piss poor your service has been as of late!!!!! Why has this been a consistent thing in N4 ALL week! Wifi is horrific and phone service is horrible when I’m home! @ThreeUK

    @McDermottQC @ThreeUKSupport Just move to smarty , it's on the three network so no change in signal and a tenner a month on a monthly rolling contract so cancel whenever you want to.....I don't know about the calls to us on there though

    3rd time in less than ten days @ThreeUK has had no 4G/5G or both. Sometimes it’s the whole network and our broadband goes too😭😭
