@ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

@ThreeUKSupport I was told on the day of upgrading that three would send out the tablet by 3rd Dec, now you're telling me @XiaomiUK send it out. Then you tell me that because the promotional offer has now ended you can't do anything about it. Piss poor response! Supervisor is calling me back!

@ThreeUKSupport Iv sorted the mobile network problem,which won't be fixed till MARCH 2023! My next problem was told I would receive 100mps download speeds I only get 15mps!

@ThreeUK so I’ve cancelled contract online but you still say it’s live. I’ve cancelled twice It’s very disappointing as I no longer require the service as my son who used it is no longer with us. Why do you not send an email confirming cancellation?
