    @ThreeUKSupport I have a company that Iโ€™ve never heard of keep texting me (cityindex), whenever I block them they text again some how and it wonโ€™t stop. No idea why they keep texting unless someoneโ€™s signed my number up for something. Anything you can do to stop them texting me?

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m sorry to say the back of a crisp packet is more helpful than what I got - clearly the advisor is not trained to help beyond very basic queries and doesnโ€™t have access to any resources to help him. Now on a lengthy (cold) transfer to customer services to log a complaint

    @ThreeUKSupport I have 4 bars and 4G but I havenโ€™t been able to load anything for weeks the signal is just not strong at all considering its saying full bars. Took 4 attempts to even be able to write a tweet

    @ThreeUK Can you at least fix the network connection. I have a Huawei device at home for wi-fi which is horrible, but also the mobile 3G/4g is even worse....

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, Iโ€™m not a 3 customer but received texts recently threatening to disconnect my phone as bill couldnโ€™t be paid. I know itโ€™s a scam but some customers may not. Do you investigate these please & if so how do I report them? (If not Iโ€™ll just block/delete) Thanks!

    @ThreeUKSupport Not overly - looks like signal in my area has got a lot worse than it was advertised at... O2 had better signal and I left them due to bad coverage and was shown the map for my area and told it would be very good - not what Iโ€™m getting

    Iโ€™m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost itโ€™s not worth it - Iโ€™m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

    Calling @ThreeUK and I'm pretty sure it's not hold I can hear.. I can hear people mumbling and laughing in the background... this is absolutely poor from Three.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi this is terrible I keep dropping inbound calls. I have coverage and WiFi calling but people are struggling on non repeat attempts to call - including Vodafone trying to fix my broadband canโ€™t get through!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport three days now of zero mobile WiFi service in BH23 4HU!! Businesses are relying on the service during this critical Covid period.... to ad insult 45 mins waiting for you support only to be cut off!!!! What is going on?!?!

    @ThreeUKSupport a HUGE thank you to the Amazing Jonathan who took ownership of my WiFi issue, he was upfront and honest and came up with a solution. Just a shame that the WiFi Didnโ€™t work for us in our area as we have been with 3 for years with our mobile phones and

    @ThreeUK hi guys. I received a text today telling me that the Spend Cap will no longer apply to any purchases made with your Three Pay service. This, you tell me, is to give me control over how much I spend. Thatโ€™s a porky pie isnโ€™t it? This new policy means I have less control.

    @ThreeUK I know you hate me and never can be bothered to provide me with phone service and I do apologise for actually using a healthy wedge of my unlimited data today - please take up grievance with @VodafoneUK whose broadband has been dead all day even after phoning for help!

    @ThreeUK ever since that big network outage last month, I have experienced minor outage on a number of occasions, including half an hour ago. Letโ€™s not talk about how rubbish 4G and the WiFi has been!!! Starting to consider switching over and Black Friday is coming up...

    Yo @ThreeUK please go sort your 5G out, it's down in parts of NG17 and is stuck on 4G - meanwhile your website states "Our systems haven't reported any network problems" And no, it's not because of my location, I use 5G in my house every day, it's cheaper than any ISP...

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.

    @robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...

    And for the previous 22 days you will have charged me ยฃ9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK
