Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUKSupport It’s like I’m doomed not to get help. I’m really sorry but who do I have to talk to to get a qualified engineer on the phone not someone following a script - he’s taking forever and not getting anywhere because my answers don’t fit his script he doesn’t know how to help me
-
𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐆𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐈 (@P_L_M97) reported from Poole, England@ThreeUKSupport I have a company that I’ve never heard of keep texting me (cityindex), whenever I block them they text again some how and it won’t stop. David Graham (@DavidAGraham) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandI will never understand about Sales... SMARTY is a MVNO owned by Three Mobile - I was already on @ThreeUK. -
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUKSupport I’m sorry to say the back of a crisp packet is more helpful than what I got - clearly the advisor is not trained to help beyond very basic queries and doesn’t have access to any resources to help him. Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUKSupport Not overly - looks like signal in my area has got a lot worse than it was advertised at... O2 had better signal and I left them due to bad coverage and was shown the map for my area and told it would be very good - not what I’m getting
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandI’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUK I know you hate me and never can be bothered to provide me with phone service and I do apologise for actually using a healthy wedge of my unlimited data today - please take up grievance with @VodafoneUK whose broadband has been dead all day even after phoning for help!

Golfing through 2025 (@duxbury2002) reportedAnyone have issues with @ThreeUK data calculation? My new billing cycle started 3 days ago. My app says my usage is 996kb of data. That’s 0.001GB. The graph shows that I have 8GB left of my 12GB allowance, so 4GB used. I called them, they say I have used 2GB. #ripoffbritain
-
Matt🦻 (@Matts_Tweeting) reportedterrible signal service since @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK merged. all networks have been crap with 5g never working and 4g being downgraded but this is ridiculous. signal checkers always say its fine. @SMARTYMobileUK uses 3 and i can't ever use what i pay for. #smartymobile
-
Stuart (@Stuart61838784) reported@ThreeUK Contract finishes this year and we won’t be staying with you now you have lost long term customers due to your network being shocking and getting worse, this happens every time in the last year and half then you lie saying your improving it when your not,

Deb Hiton (@DebHiton) reported@ThreeUK Please explain how, when I’ve dropped off a device with DPD but they can’t find it, I can still be responsible for the device and subsequent non-return fee of £350? I’ve raised a query with your customer service team but communication from them is abysmal!

🏴🍉 Jade 🇵🇸 (@JadeThinksALot) reported@Threeuk can barely load up my bus ticket in the city centre never mind doubling the price of the Caffè Nero reward and expecting that to load up in time to purchase. If only companies focused on improving their services before taking away the perks.
