Jeff Slade (@MadJeffSlade) reported from Oxfordshire, England@BNogood @ThreeUK @SamsungUK @GadgetsBoy Lucky you. I’ve been with them about 14 years. Service used to be good but in parts of Oxford now, I can’t even place a call, never mind access data. We don’t live in the middle of nowhere. I would expect better.
-
Jeff Slade (@MadJeffSlade) reported from Oxfordshire, England@ThreeUKSupport I did have a long and exhaustive chat...it got me nowhere except to put up my blood pressure. To be quite honest, your service has got worse in our locality over the twelve years we’ve lived there. One might hope it would have improved. Now it’s failed altogether.
-
Mohammad Mahmood (@Mohamma73961845) reported from Oxfordshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Trying to tansfer my number over to my uncle and honestly it seems like your phone network is also in lockdown as the agents are struggling to hear me.
-
Jeff Slade (@MadJeffSlade) reported from Oxfordshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Your service in my area has been this lousy since July. Good service from both O2 & Vodafone
-

-
Jeff Slade (@MadJeffSlade) reported from Oxfordshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Like I said before...we’ve already done that. Your service here in North Oxford is awful. You don’t seem to have a solution. That is what I was told in your web chat. Doesn’t really help me.

Mohammad Mahmood (@Mohamma73961845) reported from Oxfordshire, England@ThreeUK this will be the third time I'm ringing and if another agent tells me one more time that they can't hear me because of your network, I will cancel all 4 of my direct debits, yes that's 4 mobile contracts tomorrow morning.
-
JP (@jamespatten17) reported from Oxfordshire, EnglandThis is the last contract i’ll have with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Unlimited data yet cannot connect to internet. Whats the point in paying for a service that you don’t receive?
-

-
Paul Holman 💙 (@PaulHolman100) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.
-
Jon Howick (@JonHowick) reported@ThreeUKSupport is your network down? Only got 1 bar or no signal this morning
-
🕹️ EᑎGᗩGEᔕᗷᖇᗩIᑎ 🎮 (@EngagesBrain) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Does your phone support eSIM? If so, no need to wait for one to arrive in the post.
-
Steve Lacey 🔥 (@stevelacey) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also you should consider getting a Google Voice US number for actual serious things that support it, aka everything non-UK
-
'Name can't be blank' says x, so that's my name (@KMB193) reported@scampaboy @ThreeUK They are awful, and their agents can't help with anything. Told me to go in store, I asked what they can do, agent can't and just said that's my option!!!
-
Mbappe's 1️⃣ hater (@SoundWavePapi) reportedThank you @LycamobileUK for providing the very basic level service I have paid for that @iD_Mobile_UK (and @ThreeUK; anyone affiliated to Three mobile network you will know exactly what I am on about) have failed and continue to fail to serve
-
Ryan (@ryantalks1024) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Idk if it's still relevant since I did it 4 years ago and never looked into anything else But I just use Google Fi
-
Zoe Martinez (@zoemartipulse) reported@DavidCl88428325 @ThreeUKSupport the network choosing unemployment again
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@helloitsolly @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK Exactly what I was doing, and apparently that was the problem?
