Same old excuses, “It will get better in a few days” Fastest network, built for data, blah blah I’m afraid! Today 130bps download and 2 Mbps upload. Utterly useless.

Staff wouldn't listen to me, rude and wouldn't let me explain a very simple request. Your staff in a shop are spot on however. Shame your phone service lets you down.

Been advised change to 3g only - no change. Tried speaking to your social web team but it's always too busy and i know you'll just advise me to speak to tech support, which ive done.
