@ThreeUKSupport Hi do you have trouble going on with your network at the moment! I live in the BS49 postcode area and work in the BS1 area about 15 miles apart and neither of them are working, starting to become a joke now.

  • _daisysawyer
Dais (@_daisysawyer) reported from Frampton Cotterell, England

@ThreeUKSupport I've been advised to speak to tech support, they reset the account twice but nothing changed. Been advised change to 3g only - no change. Tried speaking to your social web team but it's always too busy and i know you'll just advise me to speak to tech support, which ive done.

  • Yippers
Amy (@Yippers) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport your signal has been dropping in and out since 10pm last night. What is happening? BS16 area 😡

  • rojiblancosRob
Rob BCFC Wood (@rojiblancosRob) reported from Kingswood, England

@Three_Is_Broken @elainecarey3 @ThreeUK I will admit it is better than Virgin where i live in Bristol but Brean in Somerset it is awful now.

Olivia Ramsey △⃒⃘ (@Livierirose) reported from Bathford, England

So fed up of the shit signal in Bath @ThreeUKSupport the supposed best network for data and most of the time my 4g doesn’t work at all and 3g is so slow I can’t even buy a train ticket because it times out

  • weeksy11
Weeksy (@weeksy11) reported from Frampton Cotterell, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yep, just painful trying to get it done. The service lets down your excellent staff in store.

  • lilmissbinks97
JahJah Binks (@lilmissbinks97) reported from Bristol, England

FAKE TEXT FROM THREE “3Update” claiming that “cannot take payment from your debit. Need to update details”. Clicked on it but then I deleted the text and checked my @ThreeUK app instead to be safe and can confirm there’s no issue with my account. @ThreeUKSupport please be aware!

  • dstu51
David (@dstu51) reported from Portishead and North Weston, England

@ThreeUKSupport You miss the point. I have a two year contract that started in August. You up date in dec and it increases in April. If I have a two year contract it should set for two years. But I find the customer isn’t that important in the UK

  • weeksy11
Weeksy (@weeksy11) reported from Frampton Cotterell, England

@ThreeUK your customer service on the phone is painful... 40 mins to cancel a sim card. Staff wouldn't listen to me, rude and wouldn't let me explain a very simple request. Your staff in a shop are spot on however. Shame your phone service lets you down.

  • kylaaskelley
Kyla Skelley (@kylaaskelley) reported from Bristol, England

I'm actually sick of having no signal on my phone, have to stand in 2 places in my house for a call to actually go through. Bottom of my bed or outside the back door. Likeeeeee @ThreeUK sort out your signal in Bristol plz

  • david_navigator
David Rose (@david_navigator) reported from Bathford, England

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, so it's a device restriction not a network restriction ?

  • Clottedone
Blood Claw Bob (@Clottedone) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport thanks for cutting off my phone in the middle of global health pandemic, I tried calling your customer support to talk to someone but unless I have money you clearly don’t care

  • flikQ
ジ Gavin Weeks (@flikQ) reported from Bathford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Signal is fine, speed is not. To be fair it’s probably my old out of date iPhone XS Max in Bath.

  • rojiblancosRob
Rob BCFC Wood (@rojiblancosRob) reported from Kingswood, England

@ThreeUKSupport No and to be honest i shouldn't have too. Two of your colleagues have said there is a problem in that area with coverage or masts. Enough said there really don't you think.

  • AlanBec
Alan Bec FRSA (@AlanBec) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport not getting signal BS5 in house for last week. Been with you for 10 years living at same address! Help!!

  • OhMyGerardz
Dren (@OhMyGerardz) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, been having issues with my network/4G dropping out in BS7; was wondering whether it was an issue with iOS 14 or the network, as it’s just done the same while composing this tweet(!)

  • Clottedone
Blood Claw Bob (@Clottedone) reported from Bristol, England

Hey @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’d really appreciate it if you would stop sending me letters threatening with debt collectors... I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for months but you guys just don’t want to listen or I guess it’s easier to just demand money blindly from

  • OTweeter
Venting Dicktorian (@OTweeter) reported from Bradley Stoke, England

@ThreeUKSupport The call was the 6th call to your support team, Home Fi not working. Same old excuses, “It will get better in a few days” Fastest network, built for data, blah blah I’m afraid! Today 130bps download and 2 Mbps upload. Utterly useless.

  • josephsinyor
    Joseph Sinyor (@josephsinyor) reported

@ThreeUK My new broadband router from NextDayBroadband arrived today, but there’s a 3 outage from day one. Your status page gives no ETA, just “we’re working on it.” Customers deserve better communication and at least an estimated resolution time. Poor first impression.

  • c_r_5
    C_R_5 (@c_r_5) reported

@ThreeUKSupport For DAYS on end now, our 3broadband getting 6mbps down (with nearly 1sec of latency) & 35mbps up Customer care been worse than a waste of time, saying it's "congestion" A) I live in isolated rural area with a total of 7 houses B) *If* congested, add capacity

  • BrettOfTheSouth
    Brett (@BrettOfTheSouth) reported

45 minuets on live chat to sort a simple issue. Doesn't help they take 4 minuets to reply each time. On @ThreeUKSupport

  • NeddyOrNot
    Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reported

It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?

  • PiRaticus
    MH (@PiRaticus) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK What did Three support say?

  • SoundWavePapi
    Mbappe's 1️⃣ hater (@SoundWavePapi) reported

@LycamobileUK @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK All in all next time instead of paying £26 pm for ID Mobile, I'll just put my £26+5 pm on a different provider next time and never be swindled by low prices from jokemen ever again.

  • IchBinLucee
    🦄 (@IchBinLucee) reported

@ThreeUK bro, why is the caffe nero reward activated immediately and then needs to be used in an hour??? Change it back wtf

  • LevityODonnell
    Levity (@LevityODonnell) reported

@ThreeUK Sort your **** mobile broadband network out in South Manchester. I had better service with my AOL rom disc and dial up in Y2K.

  • ronaldlangeveld
    Ronald (@ronaldlangeveld) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I just changed my plan to prepaid, keep roaming on, doesn't even have credit on but usually as long as its connected to a network its good and I can still receive texts.

    Ryan (@ryantalks1024) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Idk if it's still relevant since I did it 4 years ago and never looked into anything else But I just use Google Fi
