Can safely say that @AOL @aolmail @AOLSupportHelp have proved to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No way of contacting other than email, no acknowledgement that Mail account can’t be accessed, no way of resetting password. No help at all. Disgusting.

@lumpythought I was gonna try to help but I can't even remember how to roll a x sided die on AOL. And don't tell me you don't know what AOL is. I distinctly remember dialing up in NYC when your song came out.

@hookedonfonix and you're a horrible mother, after experiencing you today, i really just feel sorry for your children. which is why they are now in an advertisement thats being emailed to 60million @aol email accounts. idk if the ad is going to do well so im not going to pay you.

In all our years’ acquaintance, we never met in person and only spoke to one another once. But via BBS, AOL, web forums, and FB, we remained in touch over the years. I will miss him, but I hope he’s free from pain now.
