CompuServe when I first got online in 1995, MSN Messenger, the very occasional foray into Usenet. Tried AOL, ICQ, a few others. But never enjoyed them. Had both AIM and Yahoo Meseenger But only very rarely used them.

@marklevinshow With all due respect, Mark, It's AOL. I had an AOL email address for 28 years. I couldn't take looking at their biased "NEWS STORIES" when I went on the check my mail. AND they charged me $27.00 to cancel my FREE AOL email account. AOL is a dinosaur..it's the WORST!!

They looted all the retail stores by selling the stock at half price, claimed it was a profit, then the next year WB had a record fall in profit margins, and the shareholders forced Steve Case out.

@JaysonElliot I've had the same AOL address for 31 years. I got a beta test subscription that they forgot to cancel, so it cost me nothing for over ten years. And everyone I deal with knows that address, so why should I cancel it?

@asapyoungty @psychedelicbull Definitely not selling soon... But I also try to keep in mind that AOL was once a top-of the-mountain-behemoth, now practically worthless. I realize that are very different sectors but it’s not a bad thing to keep in the back of your head.

@classborn hahahahahah! Back in AOL chat days before pics could be sent instantaneously you had to do an (A)ge (S)ex and (L)ocation check to get an idea of who you were chatting with! Damn I'm getting old. even my computer slang is old!
