Utterly useless service from AOL/Yahoo/TalkTalk yet again following my complaint reference the breakdown/failure of their systems. So irritating when you pay for a service and don't get it. I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. @AOL

  • lorrainemking Lorraine King (@lorrainemking) reported from Brentford, England

@NW6Rd You've just reminded me my contract is up with my absolutely appalling @SkyUK broadband. It's so slow it's like AOL dial-up

  • YardleyShooting Mike Yardley (@YardleyShooting) reported from City of London, England

I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

  • sarahpilates Sarah Pilates (@sarahpilates) reported from Camden Town, England

@1womanworkforce If he’s working from the aol ap I would delete it and reload. We had a problem with aol a while ago. The old Ap wasn’t working. Change the password just in case on your web version.

  • thejohnjansen John Jansen (@thejohnjansen) reported from Camden Town, England

@teleject @meyerweb It kinda does though... With MSN Explorer (yes that was a thing in 2001, competing with AOL) we enabled "toast notifications" and the name was because "the little thing popped like the toast on the screensavers." Real toast never does that. It sits there. It sometimes Burns.

  • bhutch41 Brian Hutchinson (@bhutch41) reported from Lambeth, England

@AOLSupportHelp Hi Guys, password prompt now so frequent; every time I open my AOL email account. Please ask your engineers to fix quickly. Thanks so much.

If AOL went down for 6 hours, would anyone actually notice? Feels like a schrodingers cat situation.

  • Rubbercityguy Broken_Rubber_City_Citizen. (@Rubbercityguy) reported

@wkyc Everyone was dependant on AOL too. The world got over it. Let Facebook fail, and you wouldn't notice in a month.

  • GuruLaker LakerGuru (@GuruLaker) reported

@AOLSupportHelp I need 2 emails from 2019 whch were deleted & obviously not in Recently Deleted folder. Problem is tht whn one scrolls down thru emails, the Trash icon is next to the scroller! Wht can be done to get these back, short of a subpoena? No app. I log in at AOL

  • GWOtaku Todd DuBois (@GWOtaku) reported

Wikipedia: "Although Cartoon Network stopped airing Wulin Warriors after only two episodes, all thirteen episodes could be seen on Kids' AOL, but were taken off after a few years and can now only be found on YouTube." Legendary fail, huh

  • nklslick NKLslick (@nklslick) reported

@thomaskaine5 Interesting. But,telecom often mixes in w/news groups or big production companies. Like AOL, FOX, and Disney to name a few. Good to know about at&t. Plus, their customer service sucks!

  • CynicalPunkGuy SatanLuvsLibrulz (@CynicalPunkGuy) reported

@NiceDrewishFela @elle91 I think I'm gonna cancel my AOL subscription.

  • wgmicrypto function **** (@wgmicrypto) reported

@XRPHenry @Ali_G_Ali_ But there are many projects which sadly run as ERC20 that are great projects. Eth is one of the worst technology smart contract networks around yet the most popular. Developers pick to use it because thats where people are. That only lasted so long with AOL. ETH = AOL

  • Leanne_Proth Leanne Protheroe (@Leanne_Proth) reported

@AOLSupportHelp Please help. I can’t get into my emails at all, tried to change password but keep being told unable to change password and try later. This has gone on for days and I need access to my emails urgently. I’ve emailed customer support but no response as yet. Thank you

Ronnie a clone of a girl i wanted to **** on aol?

  • KevAHaey Haey (@KevAHaey) reported

@ant_veee @QNTMami @RaoulGMI If you want to use the internet as an analogue for Crypto/Web3, do we get to pick an AOL and a Yahoo? Using the same analogy we would see a Google emerge during the peak of AOL and Yahoo and reach levels never seen by the other two after their crash.
