All she wants to do is reset the password as she’s been locked out & the response was effectively, go away and set up another account. She has replied, but I’m not happy.

Had multiple maps and hundreds of people played as either federals or bugs fighting over planets with different styles and speeds of ships. People could specialize in fast interceptors or heavy escorts. troop carriers or medium all around dogfights. It was insanely fun and Kesmai/The movie rights holders just deleted the game and will never let it see the light of day. People in the past have contacted the owners trying to get the rights to host it somewhere and try to build a new community but all requests have been ignored. So it is now lost media but was insanely fun. Also worth mentioning is Silent Death. Same platforms and Same era but it was more ship to ship combat with rock music.
