  LISTSERV Was The Place To Be In 1993! Just after dial up BBSs and just before USENET my X-like place where I went “viral” was LISTSERV. I was on over 1000 active lists. I of course was on forums on CompuServe and AOL, but LISTERV was push and not pull. It was magic! I would write there like I posted here today. There was zero spam and the highest IQs in the world just a list email away. In my Eudora archives (the best email client ever made) I have saved the results of all my lists saved. Before my tape find, I was happy I saved the Eudora in zipped PKG files. One LISTSERV I was on had 1000s of subscribers and it is where I learned of so many things months before it was news. In the 1990s I wrote the first known AI (expert system) for email, to produce a morning “Newspaper” digest I would actually have automatically printed out to read at breakfast. The AI would have knowledge of what I wanted and produced the summaries and headlines. It went viral on some of my lists I was on and it used Eudora mailbox files to access the data. Many like minded geeks like me used the software and one made a LISTSERV out of his output as a meta way to use what he called THE ULTIMATE NEWS LISTSERV. Since posting on my tapes yesterday two folks reached out to me to share their archives! I am not sure if there is overlap, but anyone with data like this, please let me know! Folks we have a mother-load here and I know we will find new data perhaps not seen since it bounced though LISTSERV. Your support made this happen. Thank you.

  @JeffJSays in 1997 i had our old clunker computer hidden in my closet with extension cord under the carpet around the bed to power so i could chat with friends on AOL dialup and play roller coaster tycoon after folks went to bed, never got caught. these kids got it easy

  @Shadow87Claw 19. Only never had an AOL address. Hotmail is my oldest. Technically 18. My parents & childhood friend had waterbeds, not me. Never wanted one. Hurts my back & I felt like drowning.

  Thank God I figured it out. Since about 7:30pm yesterday or a bit earlier, my signal dropped so low I felt like I was on AOL dialup. A hair away from unusable. Speed was 1200 baud level. I was blocked from the Internet completely using a browser. Faris’s hackers, either in the arctic or Ron’s crew across the street hacked my phone and turned on the phone’s WiFi. There was no WiFi icon on the screen that obviously would have alerted me. I found it by discovering my phones cellular connection had been changed to 5G for everything, yet LTE was showing on the screen. 14 calls to the cellular carrier in an effort to get help were canceled. Now I know by whom, and why. Last night I was on hold for twenty minutes for two separate calls with no pickup. Today I called 12 times and finally figured out a faster way to dial (don’t ask) so a few calls got through but were then disconnected, two got through to the automated help but when they transferred me to the help people the call was disconnected. And to top off this marvelous day, I was forced to file a theft report for two missing firearms. This is getting really serious. One of those firearms has a Good chance of being in the attic…… He asked to take what I thought were very questionable photos -we’ll see……….. I would not have even called the Sheriff’s department after the horrible experiences I’ve had, but as of July 1, 2026, in this county anyway, filing a report for stolen firearms is mandatory. Everyone who is a Targeted Individual needs to post every day on social medial with LINKS so more people are aware of this sick program and gang stalking. I have posted them repeatedly so look at my Posts and Replies and you’ll find them. But most importantly, NEVER, EVER, Give Up. Turn every attack, every hassle into a challenge. Become a survivor, not a victim.
