@zoolegs 1. Told someone I was from Michigan and that the weather here was nice. 2. Called someone an *******. Both times I tried to lie and tell my grandma I didn't do it and both times AOL ratted me out with the receipts.

@jackruthie68 I never knew the history of slavery or the suffering of black people until high school and even that didn’t teach me everything. The library had little to nothing on the history and when Yahoo and AOL search engines emerged that was my edu on black history.

@azeem After upgrading from Windows 3.1, I finally could install AOL from 3.5 floppies.💾 I used Internet Explorer 2 to view my Geocities “web page” that took me about a week to build. The CGI stock ticker was really cool. I never understood why IE 2 didn’t work w/o AOL running 1st.🤔
