oh, and our dialup service at the time was AOL And now that I mention that, it occurs to me that his wasn't the dial-up computer; mine was. I remember seeing the AOL icon in my tray all the time

What's up with Twitter? Every website I go to is great, loads fine. Twitter loads slow, like it's waiting for AOL to dial me up. Been like this past 2 days. Anyone else feeling this?

@JichaMan1974 @featherbear15 True true. Part of the issue is that my e-mail address is a verizon address but verizon uses AOL mail for everything so for most things, I have to configure manually, the phone is the exception as it knows how to auto detect AOL settings.

@alxberman Google never talked about how it was going to to replace Yahoo or AOL, it just did it. Nobody predicted it would replace them, we only know after the fact. Posturing and boastful claims don't impress me.
