Adulting department, successful. Cancelled an email account from an old ISP that I hadn’t been on in (several? Many?) years. Sorry to those 20k plus emails that are never getting read. Goes to the graveyard in the ether, along with my AOL account.

@chrishlad AOL Time Warner had some sense, but it was really poor executed. HP buying PALM is really mind boogling, Palm was already down. Yahoo overvalued a lot their acquisitions, Mark Cuban has to be thankful everyday

Not sure if any dinosaurs are still walking around using @AOL for email but you should know if you need help with customer support they require you to PAY a fee before they will help you. What kind of customer service is that????

@MattWalshBlog Yes. I was in 3rd grade and used my dad’s aol email account to send an email to my friend down the road. It felt like magic!!! Then I was yelled at to get off bc I was blocking the phone line.
