    After much mediation and soul searching, I figured out what my New Years resolution for online stuff is... get better at replying to messages on Twitter, Instagram and Discord. I have not seen so many messages not replied to since I checked my AOL in 10th grade...7k email!

    @jasonschreier I can't even count the amount of AOL 7.0 trials I used to just use the damn Playonline website. Pissed me off so much knowing that the 7 and 8 guides were fantastic and this was complete garbage.

    @ErikVoorhees Private citizens may have figured it out, but they wouldn’t have created an open network. They’d had made a proprietary network that looked more like AOL or Compuserve

    @timesnewemma I remember getting some AOL dial up card for a limited but free connection through the phone jack. It was incredibly slow. I probably asked Jeeves something.
