Sicilian (@FixerSicilian) reported@hthieblot Oldest website I still use would have to be Yahoo. I still think about Quantum Link (Q-Link) , which was a Commodore 64/128 only dial-up service I joined in 1986. Mainly used it to play chess online. Kind of counts as an "app". Q-Link later became AOL.

SomeBitch (@Nikkideemus) reported@Brownbeingg There is an old horror movie from when I was a teen in the 90’s and parents were convinced this type of thing would happen to us. It’s called Strangeland(on tubi). I got caught in one AOL chat and my parents put me on AOL kids until I was 17. It was LOCKED DOWN.
-
Cannatastic (@cannatastic) reported@dennismiloseski @hthieblot Damn, I haven't heard the word warez since the aol chat room days. Punters were fun.
-
Howling Kinoblade (@kinocopter) reported@SmashJT Reminds me of telling people on AOL 3.0 to delete System32 to fix their issue.

sean (@usrbinsean) reported@BrianRoemmele It was quite the revelation I could finally take those free AOL floppies from deep storage and use them for Linux boot disks instead. From a time when I would literally have a disk get bad sectors going from drive to drive while never leaving my hand, they were really well made.

Derek H (@hderek485) reported@MickPuck @AOL I never really noticed when logging into my AOL emails. But I've been looking over the last few days. It's another outlet pedding crazy clickbait bollocks. It's a shame - I quite like having a slightly unusual AOL email address
-
beeondi (@beeondicera) reported@saylordocs I still have Yahoo and AOL email accounts. But I never used it after Hotmail, then Gmail.
-
Jon (@jontypesthings) reportedThe WWF AOL page. So cool. Live chats with wrestlers, a trivia game I was so good at people would spam IMs to slow me down. Good stuff.

Joe Stubitsch (@HotRodder1960) reported@honeymoon250 19....never had an AOL address
