@kevinandbean my brother had AOL and when he died in 2006, I contacted them to cancel. The ******* with AOL kept to his script they use to prevent canceling about how my brother may need access in future to HIS email. I was so angry by time I finally got off the phone.

@judgeht21 @respectablepp @molly0xFFF LOL, what articles? Were you even alive in the 90’s? I had broadband internet in 1996 and working from home when necessary by y2k. By the middle of the decade millions were using dial up via ISPs or AOL and the like. The blockchain literally solves for zero problems.

@LisaSnapped But this is being headed by the best of programmers from the 90s (hobbyist programmers as adolescents, many of whom went on to make lucrative careers out of that). Facebook killed AOL in a bad way anyway, and AOL killed AOL as it left Steve Case's hands and kept exchanging hands.
