-
craig 🥐 (@toujoursyucky) reportedAs someone who experienced AOL chatrooms at 12 years old, I get that there should be restrictions and oversight. But I can’t help but feel like maybe there’s better ways to go about it than ID laws or outright bans that don’t consider whether or not a site is 100% adult-oriented.
-
Nameless G (@RealTmDaddy) reportedSo on the advice from some on here, I have decided to get a "side piece". A quick search on AOL. com for codeword "maid services" and a woman will come to your house and do all the things your woman isn't there to do. For an extra fee, you can even get a *********. My wife has mentioned getting a "maid service" before, but I thought she had experimented with that in college & outgrew it. I've hired this side piece to come do her thing while I am at the airport picking my wife up. I hope my wife doesnt have some intuition that I cheated (on the house cleaning)

-
James Boyd (@MedicFL1) reportedNETSCAPE was like AOL, Browser type systems - that all changed in 2000. Using your Phone line was fun - 20 minuet downloads for a Bitmap / Jpeg picture. No one today could "put up" with how slow things used to be. Websites were made with Wordpress and were limited to say the least.
-
GodfearingCitizen 🍊 (@halfawake11114) reported@ThrillaRilla369 Darn it mine was and still is an AOL one, thought that was the worst age wise
-
Cody Bryan Shelton (@codeye1974) reported@michaelwgehl @patriot_savvy Man, take this **** back to AOL, grandpa.
-
Mossin Nagant (@MossinNagant) reported@unusual_whales You don't issue $60 billion in equity for a code editor unless you privately know your own paper is wildly overvalued. The AOL playbook never really dies.
-
TheBerenice (@m_om_a86) reported@The_MomSpot @Amyn222222 @michelles2cool Is your email down 97 AOL? lol

CEO of Racism, homophobia, misogyny & model trains (@moboftwitsproof) reported@ArrioHicko33777 @PrinnyCherry @Kari445009 long ago I worked for AOL. in the smoker break area an argument broke out between signups and support. Support was saying signnups are a bigger part of the problem because they were adding users. signups was saying support was the problem because they were keeping ppl on dialup.
