  • frannyannew fran (@frannyannew) reported from Thundersley, England

@aolmail been three days since we have had access to our emails. Not getting much help from #Aol at the moment. Please help us get back on line. #badcustomerservice

  • ding_dong1967 Donna Connor (@ding_dong1967) reported from Sittingbourne, England

Shocking service from @curryspcworld today - waited in for 6.5hrs for a dishwasher that never turned up. Two different stories from the driver, both of which were crap. Now ordered with @AOL who will hopefully do a better job on Tuesday 👍🏻

  • _neelc Neel Chauhan (@_neelc) reported

@AnxiousHolly Honestly, we need more people to "break" group chats to show how Apple is blaming an Apple-manufactured problem on their competitor and move everyone to something actually cross-platform and secure. Apple is the 90s @AOL and @Abercrombie combined in one.

  • MookyTroubadour Mooky Troubadour (@MookyTroubadour) reported

@BUZZZZZZZZZZZZ @TheChrisGlass @roywoodjr There have been some colossal bad deals, AOL & Time Warner, Yahoo, Daimler Benz & Chrysler, but this stinker- I think we have a new all-time WTF level failure.

  • Twig9876 Frances (@Twig9876) reported

@darrencarey @AOLSupportHelp This happened to me yesterday. I’ve let aol know and had fb chat, but nothing has changed. My iPad and Mac have let 4 years’ worth disappear. I have them on my phone luckily. It’s definitely an aol problem. I need aol to sort this please.

  • R_Schultz1979 Sess & Kagura Soulreaper (@R_Schultz1979) reported

@JasamiBePLAYING I still use my AOL email. Never bothered to make a new one. I had it since 1995. Good spam filter and no pop ups. Say what you want for free it works pretty damn well.

  • DiscernDomains 🇨🇦🇺🇦 Canadian prole w/unacceptable views (@DiscernDomains) reported

@BrandonStraka @BoSnerdley Like AOL, Facebook, already on the slow slide to irrelevance, keeps on adding grease to the skids.

  • MediaWarrior Gary T. Burnaska (@MediaWarrior) reported

@CryptocSav @JGaffneyUSN buying Twitter will go down in history as the dumbest thing since the AOL/Time Warner merger.

  • sher_cares Sherry #VoteLikeYourRightsDependOnItBecauseTheyDo (@sher_cares) reported

@OpenTexans @StephenKing @MobleyGinny Bad business model. You cant charge for whats been free. Its a blue check. AOL gave their platform for free then decided to charge and killed their site. If they start charging the majority of people will leave. Twitter will go to the social media grave yard like MySpace/AOL.

  • HB_Sand_Granny LindaLee_HB (@HB_Sand_Granny) reported

@RiverLevon @AnnLesbyPhD Sorry to bug... Never seen anything like that in all in all my years on AOL chats, etc. I thought it some secret lib code.
