Shocking service from @curryspcworld today - waited in for 6.5hrs for a dishwasher that never turned up. Two different stories from the driver, both of which were crap. Now ordered with @AOL who will hopefully do a better job on Tuesday 👍🏻

@sydney_ev AOL was huge at one point, America Online. 4 for me, no MySpace or AOL, never owned an encyclopedia(what Libraries are for), do travelers cheques count???

@StirringDragon 1 point for me too as I’ve never used AOL but then I am from the UK. Technically I could say I got 2 points as I’ve never sent a ‘check’ either though I did send plenty of ‘cheques’ back in the day! 🤪

Random: I’ll never forget my grandmother’s words when I explained the concept of the internet to her. (This was when we had those AOL 💿 and used the landline) HER: “Be careful baby…this is the beginning of the end.” 🌬
