@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

Not often I tweet these days, but can I just say how horrific the service @BarclaysUK is now. Stop using COVID as a reason for being under resourced, managers will not speak with you, wait times of over 1hr on the phone, incorrect information shared on letters. Your 💩!

@BarclaysUK absolutely woeful with the tech pack insurance now. New service provider for phone Insurance and 17 days later still without a phone...taken my £100 excess though. Apparently next working day service. DO NOT get this account for the Insurance

On live chat with @BarclaysUK and @BarclaysUKHelp as it’s 20mins for a phone call to be answered. I’ve explained the issue twice and been, helpfully, told not to get confused….I know what the issue is, I’m not confused
