    Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

    And now 50 mins. I don’t get how @BarclaysUK call this a customer service team or service when no one answers, you are left on hold interminably and there is no time expectation management. At the beginning of the call, the message said the wait was 5/10 mins …

    Had a bank account with @Barclays since I was 16. Today they rejected a payment to someone because they were satisfied. Guess what I’m a grown man. I won’t be held hostage by @BarclaysUK closing my account down!!!!!!

    You'd expect the scammers at @BarclaysUK / @Barclaycard to know when a customer logs into their account and cancels a direct debit, wouldn't you? Nope, their system delays it. So when you set a new one up the same day, the delay CANCELS your new one. Default payment attempt.

    @BarclaysUK App displaying plain blue screen at the start of logon this afternoon, I am presuming an issue at your end with this. App appears to be otherwise ok.

    @barclaysuk you just started blocking your app on my @grapheneos phone falsely claiming it is rooted. Totally unacceptable and customer unfriendly behaviour that will not be tolerated. Bye bye.

    @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket Explained it all again then hung up on me because he is wrong and a total lying peace of **** this is the 6th time speaking to people from packistan who then keeping it up stealing peaces of ****, Barklays uk 100% corrupt banking scum.     Anybody else had to wait on @BarclaysUK @Barclays to release a charge on a property? Loan paid off 2 yrs ago! Been nearly 1 week since contacting them to get any positive response! Refinancing being delayed causing cash flow issues !!

    @BarclaysUK Needs to fix up waiting for my mum to be seen for an issue we’ve come for the second time, I’m glad I’ve changed banks but my mum still wants to rock with her day one bank.. the branch in Walthamstow sucks, rude behaviour for staff
