    .@BarclaysUK your customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. We haven’t been able to get through in over a week. Waited over an hour each time then got cut off every time. You need to employ more call centre staff immediately

    Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

    Simply astounds me that a corporation as big as @Barclays @BarclaysUK can be so consistently poor when it comes to service. Had a 75k business loan approved over a week ago and still no documents. Our account manager was superb, only to be let down by inexplicable poor admin.

    @BarclaysUK The csv download of transactions from my Barclaycard account using the Barclays online banking truncates the pennies making it useless. For example, a transaction of £10.56 will be £10.00 in the downloaded file. Is this a known issue?
