I would like to open a business account, as I am not satisfied with the service I receive from Barclays.   @Barclays @BarclaysUK , Worse Bank Ever ! Every day Having to Call them, >5 times in last ten days or so. They block the most redisclose of payments like to your energy provider, Or you shop for an hour in a supermarket to get to checkout and they decline your card, then block it after u check balance in a machine outside, to only then when you see you have money in there struggling to understand wtf is going on, you try remove the money then it kills the card. Every one knows how embarrassing issues like huge que waiting for me and my useless plastic. Then U have to apply new card.... "We actived the touchless payment so u can use it while you wait for new card", they say. Ordered card on 11th the card never turns up but a letter from them did. and supprize supprize u can use it in all the shops touchless other than the shops you want to use it". Great work guys..... @grok what do you make of these shenanigans, do you think a bank like this is fit for purpose ?

  @BarclaysUK My daughters had a lot of issues with her app logging her out completely, about 5 or 6 times at least & it’s a new apple phone bought from apple. She’s rung to make a complaint only to be told they will log a ticket but they can’t compensate her for it. Disgusting

  @BarclaysUK your app's broken. The Ts and Cs open automatically on login but then there's no button to dismiss them. So it's impossible to use the app at all. This is in iOS.

  Simply astounds me that a corporation as big as @Barclays @BarclaysUK can be so consistently poor when it comes to service. Had a 75k business loan approved over a week ago and still no documents. Our account manager was superb, only to be let down by inexplicable poor admin.
