.@BarclaysUK your customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. We haven’t been able to get through in over a week. Waited over an hour each time then got cut off every time. You need to employ more call centre staff immediately

@BarclaysUK I made an application for a student account in December, got an appointment only on 8th Feb & waited till 8th March with no sign of my new bank card in the post?? I call up and they've not registered for my card at all and say it'll take 5 working days. It's been 13.

@BarclaysUK Your customer service executive in the Churchill Place branch was extremely rude (within the first minute of the conversation). Highly inflexible and couldn't take more than a single counter question. You can do better.
