@BarclaysUK not only block my dads card for no reason. Made us drag an 83 yr old who is disabled to the bank to during a pandemic and when get him there refuse him to take money our of his own account because a complaint has been put in. Where's the call for the complaint?

@BarclaysUK digital services (mobile and browser) are so embarrassingly bad that they'd be better off just not offering them.... 40 minutes into trying to download my statements for a year - so 12 tiny pdf files. Constant errors, files not starting to download, etc.

@BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK I have been standing outside your branch on soho road, handsworth, Birmingham for over 45 mins. Surely you would have more staff on counters in peak hours then reduce as needed. Crap customer service. Not agile at all. 3 staff standing at the door 🤦🏻
