@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

.@BarclaysUK 1) Could not download statements. Tried Chrome, FF, iOS & Android apps. 2) Could not speak with anyone using the phone number (it is not 24x7 as claimed within the error message) 3) There is no chat option inside the app (As claimed on the website) Come on!

@BarclaysUK Over 50 that’s good! Except for one very important service and that is a mobile phone App for Barclays Customers who DONT have a UK phone number!!!!! Come on Barclays, get with the times!!!
