@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp hey, just out of curiosity when are you going to start mortgage appointments in branch again? As the current system is absolutely terrible and not being able to see someone face to face is seriously putting me off keeping my mortgage with you.

@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

And now 50 mins. I don’t get how @BarclaysUK call this a customer service team or service when no one answers, you are left on hold interminably and there is no time expectation management. At the beginning of the call, the message said the wait was 5/10 mins …

@c38364176 @Wakerifes @BarclaysUK You don’t want to maximize happiness among the people? The only line we cannot cross is making it a legal issue. But if you intentionally don’t use their pronouns just to make them feel bad your a bad human being

@BarclaysUK Where does this obsession with being a trans-ally come from? Their so-called oppression is blown out of all proportion. We have the GRA and the EA, protecting their rights. I'd rather be an ally of the working class, ethnic minorities, children who were failed by education, etc.

@Robin_PR @BarclaysUK @Barclays Yes. But don't expect leaving to be simple or quick. It took our organisation 9 months to close our a/c due to the bank's appalling service and repeated errors

@BarclaysUK I am a customer, so disappointed by this lecturing, don't need to understand but get educated, bullied into being an ally to a minority group that shouts and stamps all over womens rights. What are you thinking?

@BarclaysUK I'm not sure why people are upset over this. I ask people what their preferred pronouns are. It takes seconds and doesn't cause any problems at all. Again, some people just like to be angry over nothing

@BarclaysUK You're a bank. Focus on being a competent bank. You know what isn't being a competent bank? Trying to attract customers through virtue signalling. The money wasted on this vapid advertising could have gone on customer's interest rates.

@BarclaysUK I really don't need my bank telling me how to conduct myself. Try and concentrate on the banking service you are providing me as a customer, because I can tell you it has gone downhill over the last few years.

@BarclaysUK You don't have to understand it but you do have to do XYZ to show your support? Um, no. I'm a scientist, I'm not going to co-sign anything I don't fully understand. & as a bank that's very irresponsible advice. Do you advise people to sign even if they don't understand the T&Cs?
