  • BastieVelo Le Bête de Londres. (@BastieVelo) reported from London Colney, England

@BarclaysUK hey I can’t access my statements. Something to do with changes sort codes. It’s a business account. I need them for my VAT return. Help!

  • annejam80747133 anne james (@annejam80747133) reported from London, England

As a @BarclaysUK customer, I call on Barclays to stop bankrolling the destruction of our planet. Phase out fossil fuel funding now!

  • adam_cannon Adam Cannon (@adam_cannon) reported from Barnet, England

And now 50 mins. I don’t get how @BarclaysUK call this a customer service team or service when no one answers, you are left on hold interminably and there is no time expectation management. At the beginning of the call, the message said the wait was 5/10 mins …

  • DifferentEndz Valdis Bičevskis (@DifferentEndz) reported from Ealing, England

@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

  • michaelsparling Mike Sparling (@michaelsparling) reported from Hatfield, England

It’s completely bonkers that you’re increasing the Blue ‘Rewards’ fee to £5 which is the same amount as the reward! I mean what’s the point? Couldn’t make it up. It’s more of a slap in the face. Been your customer for 22 years!! @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp

  • DLAPgroup DLAP Group (@DLAPgroup) reported from London Colney, England

Abysmal service from @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays The Business banking service is terrible. Unable to get any help from anyone.

  • BellaRoe89 Bella Rose (@BellaRoe89) reported

@BarclaysUK I get the point, but if your staff can’t work that out from the customers details on the screen in front of them then you may have bigger issues 🙄

  • Fgh22Gill Gill - stay safe 🤍💛🧡❤️🤎💜💙💚🖤 (@Fgh22Gill) reported

@Kek20To @kelly_white_2 @BarclaysUK It's seems odd to be so assertively against finding out and using anyone's preferred pronouns, especially when you might not understand cultural naming conventions. I've tried explaining it to anyone outside of your GC sect and it's impossible. How does it harm "women & society"?

  • ofmilesfromhome a lot of miles from home (@ofmilesfromhome) reported

@carlsavage @BarclaysUK They are. Customer service is part of banking.

  • 2_Secret_Salt_2 Not_Salty (@2_Secret_Salt_2) reported

@realm_of_sara @Mumoftwo1329 @BarclaysUK I recognise that you're being sarcastic to prove a point, but you actually can do that and nobody can stop you. So long as it isn't something like "****" or "Hitler" or "Spaz" (awful word), then you can run free and call everyone you meet Bob the Builder if you want.

  • AmorFat80903142 Falstaff (@AmorFat80903142) reported

@BarclaysUK wtf? No wonder you blokes needed multiple bailouts

  • H_W_Calderwood Horace Calderwood (@H_W_Calderwood) reported

@Montana_53 @BarclaysUK If you're happy with shallow virtue signaling, go ahead. Ask them what they're doing to help income inequality - that they will not touch with a barge pole. Cheap wokery and the loonie left fall for it.

  • ofmilesfromhome a lot of miles from home (@ofmilesfromhome) reported

@Joy87025489 @BarclaysUK Customer service is part of banking.

  • paul_checker #Independent MSM Critic 🔥 #ScrapTheBBCTax 🚫 (@paul_checker) reported

@BarclaysUK Any chance David can explain this 🤔👇 "Barclays, one of the world's largest and most important banks, manipulated LIBOR to gain profits and/or limit losses from derivative trades". Nothing a bit of virtue signalling can't fix 😐

  • ofmilesfromhome a lot of miles from home (@ofmilesfromhome) reported

@IHemmens @BarclaysUK Customer service is part of banking.

  • Kfresh1990 Kevin Neal (@Kfresh1990) reported

@BarclaysUK Wtf is they and them. We are all individuals. Nobody getting that plurality treatment.
