It’s completely bonkers that you’re increasing the Blue ‘Rewards’ fee to £5 which is the same amount as the reward! I mean what’s the point? Couldn’t make it up. It’s more of a slap in the face. Been your customer for 22 years!! @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp

Now been on hold for an hour and a half to @BarclaysUK. What an absolute joke they now are. Closing branches without a care in the world and simultaneously make it impossible to speak to anyone on the phone either.

@BarclaysUK chat service is sooooo bad! Been trying for almost 24 hours to cancel and a recall a direct debit that was not due and now the chat service has gone down. #poor especially when they keep pushing you to that service.
