Yes, 3 MONTHS !!! The app is not working. I call and they asked me to do it on the app. What a poor service.

I now risk buyers withdrawing from house sale because waiting on you to do one simple task. Fed up of waiting on hold 40 plus minutes each time I call to chase you. (I will be cancelling all the Barclays Techpack insurance due to the service from DPD) They basically don't ever deliver anything and then just lie and state it could not be delivered.

I have had a business account with them since 2019, but the customer service has been consistently poor, so I have decided to stop working with them. Thank you for your help. "
