If they addressed the letter to the lady you may understand a mistake but to knowingly address it to the executors means they’ve acted on the information given and still thought this was an acceptable letter to send. Our company is based on home working as we have people spread across Europe. It does not mean we don't give a monkeys. Office costs over 2000€/month (guess who will pay for that?) & limits our choice to local people.
