Yes, 3 MONTHS !!! The app is not working. I call and they asked me to do it on the app. What a poor service.

At the beginning of the call, the message said the wait was 5/10 mins …

As a bank you are a disgrace. I don’t believe you are much worse than the other showers of **** but here we are.
