    Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

    It’s completely bonkers that you’re increasing the Blue ‘Rewards’ fee to £5 which is the same amount as the reward! I mean what’s the point? Couldn’t make it up. It’s more of a slap in the face. Been your customer for 22 years!! @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp

    @JBlueeyes79 @BarclaysUK I have been holding the phone for the last 2 hours waiting to get an update on my buy to let mortgage . I stand to loose my property if I do not get a decision soon . Process is so slow I just feel like crying .

    @HSBC_UK Looks like it’s time to switch to a better bank (perhaps @BarclaysUK, not sure) that can provide reasonably good services. ~5 years with HSBC, first time needed customer service, struggling for last many weeks to get a stupid job done.

    @ShoreShift @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp This is pretty shocking to be fair. If they addressed the letter to the lady you may understand a mistake but to knowingly address it to the executors means they’ve acted on the information given and still thought this was an acceptable letter to send. That’s legit bad service

    @LossAssessors4U @Tony_Raynor @BarclaysUK Working from home does not equate "not giving a monkeys". Our company is based on home working as we have people spread across Europe. It does not mean we don't give a monkeys. Office costs over 2000€/month (guess who will pay for that?) & limits our choice to local people.

    Fraudulent activity on my @BarclaysUK account £99 taken out from @BootsUK and same happened to my mother for £230. Anyone else had this issue? Reported my card as stolen and payment is pending so I was told I should get the money back in my account.. 🙏🏻😡😡😡
