    @BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

    big thanks to the @BarclaysUK customer service agent who got my mum to clear cache to fix logging into online banking but didn't explain it would log her out of every website worried mother on the phone at 8am because she has "lost everything" some additional training required

    Never use the @BarclaysUK chat function in your banking app. 24 hours after acknowledging my issue they havent actioned or come back to apologise about any delay

    @ManuPinteaux @BarclaysUK Don’t go to Natwest, my son works long days Mon - Fri, wanted cash from his account to buy a car, was told he had to give 24 hrs notice & provide evidence of purchase? when he said OK he would collect on Saturday, no counter service available on a Saturday!

    @BarclaysUK Hi, I have just been scammed by a company (Nordic Forwarders Logistics / PhotoID24), who apparently are using a Barclays account (details available). I wondered if you could close it down - it certainly leaves a poor impression of Barclays.

    @BarclaysUK I’ve been on the phone for over 2hrs- via 5 different calls and hung up on twice while trying to report a scam and fraudulent activity on an account. If this is the level of service for a time sensitive emergency, I’d hate to know how long “regular” queries take..

    @BarclaysUK What’s going on with your customer service? Tried to call, went through a maze of options, only to be told I had to use chat on the app. So I use chat on the app, and your operators keep disappearing and reappearing. Getting nowhere... #badcustomerservice #barclays
