Hi .@BarclaysUK .@BarclaysUKHelp just wondering why you sent me an email about giving people I trust access to my account, "introducing authorised users", for £3 a month I can setup an additional card holder, can be easier than transferring money, how? 1/3

@BarclaysUK the card reader my elderly mother in law uses doesn’t work anymore. My father in law asked the local branch to help & they just sent him away telling him to fit new batteries. Not ideal considering a tiny screw needs removing etc. Any chance of you sending a new one?
