Absolutely shocking levels of service from @BarclaysUK @Barclays if you were thinking of opening a business account with them please don’t waste your time, 10-15 day simple process has taken nearly 3 months

@BarclaysUK bank is absolutely diabolical they close all local branches then the 1s we end up traveling to can not issue money because staff on lunch break. Ridiculous!! 🙈

@BarclaysUK I have made 3 attempts to call your customer services, each time with a 30-40 min wait, then finally reaching a person only to be cut off when being transferred to another department. Can someone please contact me urgently?

@BarclaysUK how long does it take an instant transaction to clear on your accounts? My mum cannot transfer between accounts & money has gone out from mine but not into hers. You are withholding money from her that in half an hour will put her in overdraft. Pls fix immediately!
