  @BarclaysUK so you changed the system and sent me a membership number to use Barclays internet banking instead of the Barclaycard site. Didn’t work. Spent an hour on the phone supposedly sorted. No. And now my phone app isn’t working and have deleted and downloaded it three times

  @BarclaysUK help why a brand new Samsung tablet won't install Barclays app through Google play - it says it's not compatible but is running android 16 so should. Tablet was purchased specifically to access bank app at home securely as opposed to using phone.

  @Packology @Barclays @BarclaysUK It won't let you log in without a "mobile" phone number (there is no option to add one), but you can't change anything until you log in. THAT is the problem.

  @BarclaysUK Hi Barclays, just to advise that the 'Future Payments' function, accessed via the Pay and transfer > Managed scheduled payments menu on Online Banking appears not to be working at the moment. The link seems to be broken.
