Absolutely shocking levels of service from @BarclaysUK @Barclays if you were thinking of opening a business account with them please don’t waste your time, 10-15 day simple process has taken nearly 3 months

I transfer money all the time via apps, its easy, doesn't cost me £3 a month either, also in the email is your free account supervisor service AND a brief mention of power of attorney, .@BarclaysUK .@BarclaysUKHelp you really don't have a clue about me do you? 2/3

@paulcconnell @BarclaysUK I’m in exactly the same situation with @virginmedia right now too. Completely optimised for call centre efficiency rather than customer convenience. Would be nice if those two things weren’t polar opposites. Good luck!

@BarclaysUK the card reader my elderly mother in law uses doesn’t work anymore. My father in law asked the local branch to help & they just sent him away telling him to fit new batteries. Not ideal considering a tiny screw needs removing etc. Any chance of you sending a new one?
