@BarclaysUK I've received MULTIPLE calls from Barclays over the same issue.I've spoken to different staff over the same issue. I continue to receive calls & 6 conflicting letters sent days apart. ALL saying different things.can I talk to someone that can actually sort this out.

why is @barclaysuk so bad at customer service? im overseas, I've been locked out of the Barclays app, When I ring, they ask me to try using their App, I wish I could, Iyou have locked me out of your amazing (ironic) app!!!! now I'm on hold costing me £1.24 pm to wait to speak.

Yet again @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp customer service absolutely appalling. For 2nd week running it takes 45 minutes to speak to a human being and then half way through trying to resolve something that should be done digitally, you get cut off. Ridiculous. Sort it out.

@BarclaysUK absolutely disgusted with customer service in fraud. Bank access was blocked a week ago, spoke to them about transactions but a week later still blocked. Spoke to someone today and they said i have to wait for a letter to go out. Nobody rang me, i had to ring them.

@Barclaycard Not sure how it's going to help since the communication channels are the one listed and that could not do anything other than send me to a branch unequipped to deal with the issue... @BarclaysUK is the worst of both worlds: online broken and offline broken too!
