@TrulySuz @ForwomenScot @BarclaysUK If they don’t, their lower salaries added to the calculations for average men’s salary will bring the overall average male salary down and will help Barclays to “lessen” the pay gap - or at least the number they report

@ForwomenScot @BarclaysUK why have they let these individuals/organisations out into the public arena? I remember the good old days when these kind of mental issues were dealt with behind closed doors - frequently not a good thing, then we had a period of more humane treatment - now it is just dystopian.
