After 5 years being a loyal @Apple customer in the UK and being enrolled in the yearly iPhone renewal program, last week I had an outrageous upsetting experience with @AppleSupport and @BarclaysUK, treating me like trash when it’s their problem to solve. Poor customer service.

@zoewoodguardian @BarclaysUK Even though my original mortgage was approved on 14Jun, my solicitor is still waiting for their copy. It has been over 3mths and every time me/solicitor call Barclays, we were told that it is an IT error. I am going to be homeless next wk. @Barclays

@BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays @BarclaysUK so the wait time is 40 mins to speak to someone in regards to a mortgage application made on 5th August. After calling 10 times to get this issue resolved!!! What has happened to this bank. Poor, poor, poor service! Unacceptable.
