@BarclaysUK impossible to get in touch, phone waits excessive, no email address, have a specific query I need you to sort, ie my daughter's surname incorrect, this happened when I opened the account. Poor customer service, you are not accessible.

@thegriffter @YvetteHenson @BarclaysUK Terrible customer services too. I applied and was accepted for a card last year. After the card arrived they asked for tax office paperwork it was impossible for me to get at that point in time so they closed the account down. Utterly pointless exercise.

@BarclaysUK my daughter (16) tried to open a bank account at the Maidstone branch, she attended with all necessary documents. Next appointment was in August! She will now be banking with someone else! Lorrian you have lost a customer!, and to think I recommended Barclays!

@BarclaysUK I have been on the phone for 1hr and 40 mins. I spoke to one of yours for 2mins, put on hold for 10 mins spoke to different person for 2mins and she put the phone down on me. Problem unresolved. What the actual f#@ck are you paying this useless customer service for?

@BarclaysUK if u r in ‘persistent debt’ (have an expired card n make minimum payments 👀) Barclays remove ur ability to be able to make online payments and access ur statements. So u make it harder to get on top of & monitor the debt … make that make sense 🤔

@BarclaysUK I find it impossible that I’ve been a customer for 23yrs plus and you can’t decide immediately if I’m suitable for barclaycard, all this history but are unsure. You have 24 hours to apologise and process or I’m leaving Barclays altogether
