Constant errors, files not starting to download, etc.

Im sure @MartinSLewis can go through step by step how to process a refund of someone else's money or even @BarclaysUK can give you a helping hand to . They deal with this on a daily basis

Then on hold 55 min second call, speak to someone, then they hang up whilst trying to transfer me. Wasted a whole morning. Support small businesses ?
