@BarclaysUK why there is no priority service for people with disabilities at your branches? Can you dedicate just one counter for people who are depositing coins?! Many of the services still require customers to go to branches so live with it!

I am absolutely disgusted with @BarclaysUK not once but several occasions they have shut their branches and it’s not one branch it’s several. I’ve decided I will be looking elsewhere, for the terrible service they provide. If anyone is in @BarclaysUK I suggest you do the same 😡

Barclays’s online bank statement has not been published since Aug 2022 due to a technical generating issue. 3 months time, you must be changing your entire statement system? @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp
