    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

    @BarclaysUK 30yr+ customer. You’re removing my OD facility as I haven’t used it in 12mths. If I’d used it you wouldn’t have removed it. How ridiculous is that! All I need is a small OD facility as insurance. Zero loyalty for being financially sensible! #goingtoleave #help

    @BarclaysUK your Redhill branch is shocking on a Saturday, hardly any staff, when they do come over they just direct you to the machines no counter with actual people is open on Saturdays, so my business cheques will have to wait until Monday and a wasted trip, bad service!!

    @BarclaysUK If @BarclaysUK had any concern for their customers they’d stop wasting money on frivolous promotion and start investing in customer service staff to address their 11 hour waits. I only wish I was joking. And don’t say that’s exceptional. It is not. Don’t lie.

    @BarclaysUK terrible experience dealing with your home assistance team! Been waiting 1 week for a refund which I was told would take 1/2 days then 2/3 days then up to 5 days! Now we are on day 7! I get a different story everytime I speak to an advisor 😡 #HELP!
