    @barclaysuk @Brightstar Why can I not register a Garmin Venu 2 on the Tech Pack website? I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.

    Hello @BarclaysUK, phoned you for ten successive days and it’s an hour long queue, been into branch, you can’t sort the issue, tried chat via the app, you don’t talk mortgages on the app. You are beginning to reach peak Virgin Media for incompetence, I’m sorry, this is appalling.

    @BarclaysUK So, trying to make an electronic payment to a firm of solicitors, can't do it on line. Called the bank , apparently I have to go into a branch and raise a cheque???? 40 mile round trip to find a branch then take cheques to solicitors . This 2023 .... rubbish service
