    @BarclaysUK it’s impossible to verify my business details (for a community account). You haven’t told me what info you need, I work full-time Monday to Friday and your office are are 9-5 Monday-Friday. I’ve currently been on hold for 50 minutes!

    Absolutely shocking levels of service from @BarclaysUK @Barclays if you were thinking of opening a business account with them please don’t waste your time, 10-15 day simple process has taken nearly 3 months

    Hey @BarclaysUK is the problem with the app to pay checks in! Each photo taken is too quick, therefore photo is blurred, then it freezes! Tried you about 5 times now and still not working properly

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK I need to be able to contact customer services by email. The messaging service on your App is simply not a sufficient communication vehicle for what appears to be a too complex a matter for your online team to desk with #unhappycustomer

    @BarclaysUK absolutely dreadful service trying to get through to someone in Barclays. Automated machines galore and when you finally get through to someone after 30 minutes they hang up on you disgrace !

    @BarclaysUK and now after finally getting through to someone who is obviously working from home, who’s system ´isn’t up and running yet’, I’ve now been cut off. Sort your bloody act out, your service is shockingly bad, you are failing your customers!

    So I had some money on my checking account at @BarclaysUK. They decided to close it because I’m no longer a UK resident and default on all my direct debit without telling me. Now they say, it may take up to 12 weeks to access my money! Genius! @jeuasommenulle
