@BarclaysUK it’s impossible to verify my business details (for a community account). You haven’t told me what info you need, I work full-time Monday to Friday and your office are are 9-5 Monday-Friday. I’ve currently been on hold for 50 minutes!

Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp No branch, no appropriate opening hours in the branch 5 miles away, can only transfer £2k on the app, spoke to someone who said I could transfer more, but now I need to speak to the fraud team who’ll ring tomorrow WHEN IM WORKING….. can you tell me HOW I can pay for my new car!

@BarclaysUK As an ex-Barclays customer - moving to another bank is really easy (such as First Direct in my case). Direct debits etc. are all automatically moved and I've had zero issues.

@WhichUK @WhichMoney I left @BarclaysUK due to the service. Terrible service, being pushed to do it all via a web chat in my app. Have not got time for conversations about my banking to go on all day, when a quick chat with a human would be enough.

@BarclaysUK Yes, I'm given the option to log in via PIN sentry, but I don't have the device. I normally use Membership no, passcode, Mem word. I've passed those stages and they want to send verification code to lost no. That's where I'm stuck. How can I update my new no. so I can login?
