    @BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

    @BarclaysUK Your bereavement service is atrocious. Wait over 15 minutes for an agent, she goes away to find information for another 5, then cuts me off! No call back.Unhelpful, It should not take me over 3 weeks now to try a deal with my late fathers estate.

    @trogglet @BarclaysUK I thought the same. Like these cards apparently to help people build credit. Which is normally them who struggle hence can least afford high interest. This is praying on people who cannot afford it.

    @BarclaysUK what has happened to your customer service? Rang 1st time agent hung up on me Rang second time wanted a complaint open put on hold for 25 mins Rang 3rd time blind transferred to someone didn't have a clue 4th person put on hold now over 40 mins waiting!

    @BarclaysUK Been trying to remortgage with you since June, due to the appalling service from optima legal this is still outstanding, my offer expires on 13/12, I’ve paid the variable rate for 3 months now. OL don’t answer calls or emails, I’m at a loss what to do, please help.
