Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

I paid £2,000 under protest. @Barclaycard refuse my Section 75 claim using legally incorrect reasoning. Their own final response admits service failures. This deserves scrutiny.

Allegedly 2 have been posted out, but they have not been received. You refuse to send via courier at OUR cost. You refuse to allow her grandson to collect it in a branch

Nope, their system delays it. So when you set a new one up the same day, the delay CANCELS your new one. Default payment attempt.
