    @BarclaysUK I would really appreciate some help changing the address on my sons account. He can’t online on the Youth App and Chat is down plus we keep getting disconnected to the call Center. We’ve been trying for months and still haven’t managed it. Post redirect has now ended.

    This is now the 5th time that @BarclaysUK have tried to transfer my in-app chat and the 5th time I have been placed into chat purgatory ("Our service is unavailable"). I now have another ~12-18 hour wait. Utterly shocking service and nobody seems to care.

    @FACoachdazza @HalifaxBank Funnily enough I was just going to close my @BarclaysUK account for total lack of support. Banked with them for 30 years. I’m open to suggestions

    @BarclaysUK "Thinking long-term" seems also to be the #Barclaycard approach to customer service. Why resolve a simple issue now - when you can wait and wait until the customer in frustration closes down their account?

    @BarclaysUK disgusted to find I’ve paid £14.50 a month for years for tech pack to be let down with my screen replacement. My phone now notifies me I have an unknown part and the screen is dark & unable to see phone outside! Technician said it would disable some features 👎

    @BarclaysUK absolutely terrible Services, on hold for 45 minutes for barclays to lock off the call. I then call back and the wait time is now an hour. Terrible service!
