He can’t online on the Youth App and Chat is down plus we keep getting disconnected to the call Center. We’ve been trying for months and still haven’t managed it. Post redirect has now ended.

When really needed to claim for Phone insurance- they fitted counterfeit spare parts, and now iPhone is complaining. Not worth having this company as an insurance underwriter. FYI @BarclaysUK @TSB
