. @BarclaysUK Just went to your Cambridge branch to open an ISA that your website states can only be done in branch and was turned away and told not come back until 2023 when they might be able to help. Is this how you normally treat potential customers?

@BarclaysUK Lost phone whilst travelling. Barclays insurance wouldn't offer a partial refund / send me a new phone to where I am. Couldn't verify myself on the app, agents can't help, only solution is to raise a complaint. #stranded Honestly, will move all accounts to revolut.

Trying to find something on the @BarclaysUK online banking, used chat support. Told to go to the "Service Centre Menu". There is no menu called that, I finally found it under "Manage accounts" - response - "That's the service section of the website."

@BarclaysUK - how can I preorder cash for withdrawal when I can't contact my branch directly, your 'customer service' operative couldn't get through to my branch, and the app 'chat' AI can't distinguish between 'withdrawal' and 'fraud'?

Never use the @BarclaysUK chat function in your banking app. 24 hours after acknowledging my issue they havent actioned or come back to apologise about any delay
