    @BarclaysUK @Barclaycard More lies tonight. Does nobody actually speak at the organisation? Everything is chat, but unfortunately chat cannot solve the many security errors and my credit file being provided incorrect and costly information by @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK I would really appreciate some help changing the address on my sons account. He can’t online on the Youth App and Chat is down plus we keep getting disconnected to the call Center. We’ve been trying for months and still haven’t managed it. Post redirect has now ended.

    @BarclaysUK been on hold for over 50 minutes now. Ridiculous. I’m a potential new customer enquiring about a recent application. I’ve waited 3 weeks so far with no comms, and can’t get through to anyone. Called yesterday, waited 35 minutes for someone to answer and cut me off.

    @AmazonUK I think you definitely need to work with a better credit provider than @BarclaysUK I have now had 43 people contact me with regards to them TRYING TO PAY VIA CREDIT all have good credit and turned down by barclays why not try and partner with @Klarna they are better

    @BarclaysUK I find it impossible that I’ve been a customer for 23yrs plus and you can’t decide immediately if I’m suitable for barclaycard, all this history but are unsure. You have 24 hours to apologise and process or I’m leaving Barclays altogether

    Our house chain doesn't trust @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp because of Barclays errors and complete tardiness and neglect, we can't exchange until Barclays confirm IN WRITING they will do what they say they will do 🤯

    @RMSPayments As a small business I value good customer service. Certainly not what I’ve received from @RMSPayments over the last 50 minutes. Horrendous! Only wanted an extra terminal - still not sorted. Should have gone to @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK Hi @Barclays, I am a Premier Account client and have tried during last 3 months to increase my credit card limit. Yes, 3 MONTHS !!! The app is not working. I call and they asked me to do it on the app. What a poor service.

    I think it has to be said that between @BarclaysUK and @HMRCcustomers they have provided me with probably the worst customer experience in my adult life. Shambolic would be an understatement
