@BarclaysUK I would really appreciate some help changing the address on my sons account. He can’t online on the Youth App and Chat is down plus we keep getting disconnected to the call Center. We’ve been trying for months and still haven’t managed it. Post redirect has now ended.

@quandromache I hear you! I was a @BarclaysUK customer for years (2002 ish until 2019). Suddenly, no more, can't possibly have customers living abroad. Funnily enough, @HSBC_UK have no problems and haven't closed my account for the crime of living abroad!

@BarclaysUK My app still isn't showing my business account, only my Barclaycard. I've tried pressing Accounts as the status page suggested but that isn't working - I need to access statements ASAP for a mortgage appointment.

So disappointed @BarclaysUK! After four phone calls and a lengthy branch visit, still no progress in accessing online banking (in order to sort out my mortgage) Error code 35204 apparently an enigma!!😞
