He can’t online on the Youth App and Chat is down plus we keep getting disconnected to the call Center. We’ve been trying for months and still haven’t managed it. Post redirect has now ended.

I need a replacement debit card and the 'address change' option online requires a telephone conversation which my Australian service provider finds difficult. Your menu system bumps me off if I call via mobile.
