He can’t online on the Youth App and Chat is down plus we keep getting disconnected to the call Center. We’ve been trying for months and still haven’t managed it. Post redirect has now ended.

Chris Furneaux (@cfurneaux) reported@BarclaysUK Recent Barclays premier customer, as my credit card didn’t work I was forced to use my Barclays debit card for a hold on a deposit for 2 rental cars. Over £30 for the hold and then removal of the hold x 2. Over £120. Tell me why I would continue to bank with Barclays?

Malcolm Bebb (@BebbMalcolm) reported@StuartMaggs @BarclaysUK Since we still had a working bank card, we moved all the money out - it was only a few hundred quid - in cash and opened an account with a different bank. For all I know the Santander bank is still sending stuff to the wrong address.
