@bt_uk The pole survey that happened on the 11th? What was the outcome of that then? Why haven't @OpenreachHelp been to fix the fault today like you said would happen? Why has nobody phoned me about this today like you also said would happen?

@bt_uk I have had numerous complaints open with BT regarding this whole debacle over the last 4-5 weeks. Engineer supposed to come last Tuesday but never bothered to turn up/inform us he wasn't coming. Worried the guy tomorrow turns up & is not able to carry out work because of this.

@bt_uk why you holding customers to ransom with these early termination fees? Its not fair! We got your 11Mb service as it was the only one available where we moved to. 7 weeks later @toobbroadband entered the market offering 900Mb for less. £200+ is too much BT! @Ofcom thoughts?

@bt_uk Since issues were ‘fixed’ by 2 different people the issue still comes and goes, lose signal on HD channel, switch to SD for a while then go back to HD and it is ok. Been fine for 8 months, this has just started

@bt_uk 6 weeks to install broadband? You should put your lead times on your website before going through an order so customers know not to cancel their existing provider. Now need to uncancel, might as well stay with them as transferring to you is taking too long

@bt_uk I spent 3 hours on online chat last night, issue resolved then it re-appeared 15 mins after closing chat. Last chat it wasn’t resolved but got ‘connection unavailable’ so gave up. 2 hours later received an email telling me you’ve closed my complaint. Why, how?

@bt_uk in a house of 8 uni students and we’ve had no wifi for 10 days now. Our landlord informed you of this issue on the 4/09, an engineer was meant to visit on various days last week, no one turned up. We are still without wifi and have had no further updates. Please help.
