    @bt_uk For those unable to play along in Welsh, I was complaining for the nth time about getting bt sport to cast successfully to a chrome stick. Never have problems with any other casting app.

    @bt_uk Thanks Catherine, I think it's mainly the inferior @YouViewSupport platform that's the main issue. There are many people that have had similar failed recordings and who've asked to have the option of manually scheduling a recording. My previous BT Youview box did the same too.

    So @bt_uk thanks for charging me £70pm for 500Mbps full fibre broadband which only works in one room unless I spend over £100 for a 4th wireless disc. Need a wireless disc in every room and still only getting about 50mbps unless I’m sat next to the router #awful

    @btsport I know you can get an ATA that turns the signal from analogue to voip. However, at what point were BT going to send one out? Do they just expect customers to do this themselves? Elderly customers having knowledge of this?
