    @bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

    @bt_uk are committed to excellent customer service, they say so when you ring them. Then they say they're very busy and they promise to speak to you within 20 minutes or you could ring back. Hint, excellent customer service starts with answering the bloody phone.

    @bt_uk After some investigation I posit this as a reason for constant delays in my broadband applications. 'If your automated systems are secretly scanning my IP address without my consent and blocking my service because I use a secure dedicated IP, that is a fault in YOUR system, not mine. I provided my real, verifiable details. Ask meโ€”don't secretly track me'

    @bt_uk your service in the Deal area has been absolutely appalling the last few days. If my wifi goes down again Iโ€™d like money off my next bill if not all of it. Why am I paying ยฃ83 a month for a shoddy connection?

    BT / Open Reach Worst service ever! Internet service 3rd world Service appalling!! Make appointments to upgrade to full fibre & cancel without any reason or notification! No service at all!! Is there an alternative?? @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach

    @bt_uk Thanks for responding. The situation is crazy. I just want to cancel and not rebook an engineer visit. It should be simple. But instead spend an age on the phone and escalate? Itโ€™s disproportionate for a simple task.

    @bt_uk How can I check local outages and is there one in the CW8 area? Your website doesn't allow me to view if there's an outage in my area without a login, and the scan your broadband function doesn't work since there's no connection.

    @BTGroup @bt_uk I have an ongoing complaint since 8th May. Today it was closed with no phone call, no explanation, no contact. The issue is still ongoing and you owe me money. I have reopened complaint but this needs escalating.
