    I'm delighted you are installing cables, as had they been in place I'd probably have switched to VM when I had to change previously. However, this is no fault of @bt_uk, and it causes real problems for those working remotely or relying on an internet connection to run a business.

    @bt_uk . i left @Sky because the wifi was ****. its worse with @bt_uk. if we have 2 things at once needing wifi it stops. going back to the 80's when we had wind up internet. BT not fit for puopose.worse than british rail you muppets

    Obviously nobody means to do that when they’re working, but it is negligent, it affects a major service, and it’s certainly not @bt_uk’s fault that it happened. As I’m not a customer, what’s the best support channel through which I can discuss compensation for those affected?
