    @bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

    @bt_uk @ree_bec_kahh_ if I jump on a vpn on my pc or phone all my services work fine which points to a bad route somewhere on your network, without a vpn I can't reach zoom , google play...most of my alexas are down apart from an old one that must be going to a different amazon server

    @bt_uk @ionCube You're entire social media presence is now about this outage, please for goodness sake just accept the fault is on your end and say a fix is being worked on. we all know thats going to be the outcome anyway.
