    @bt_uk @DrJohnCosgrove I've had a mini hub for a couple of days, getting the exact same problem. Everything working fine, iPlayer crashes the hub every single time

    @bt_uk hello! I’m stuck in an infinite loop of trying to log into my email, I change my password, two factor authentication comes up, I login and it logs me back out. Then repeats itself all over again. Please can you assist?

    @bt_uk I have tried that, and it takes me to a two factor authentication page, and then back to a login page. This has been going on for a month now, I have tried everything

    @BTCare scammers now calling to say they are telephone preference service checked with them they are aware , my BT vishing training came in handy
