    @bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

    @bt_uk we desperately need BT to install a temporary broadband router ASAP in our new office in Haywards Heath. BT were meant to do this on Friday but nobody showed up! Can you do anything to help? 🙏
