@bt_uk so, your engineer didn’t connect us properly last week, your system said we should have an engineer to fix today, but it was mysteriously cancelled and has had to be rebooked. This is a joke as it was messed up from the start. Now paying for something we don’t have.

@bt_uk hi I’m having problems connecting to your hotspot. I can connect fine with my phone but both my laptops can’t connect and the log in pop up isn’t appearing anymore but it does on my phone?

@bt_uk Well first is restore my connection, second amend bill accordingly, third do what has been promised for last four bills but not been done, fourth sort out problem reported in December, but still not been done and then sort out some compensation for all the stress caused
