    @bt_uk Have currently been waiting on phone for someone to answer. We reported a fault on the 18th October and it has still not been fixed. We rely on the connection for internet as well as phone calls. Any help appreciated ss we need to keep in touch with an elderly relative

    @bt_uk So that’s Monday, Tuesday and now Wednesday. I guess with your companies track record it will continue. Am I going to be compensated this time because last time I raised an issue like this I was told I was but I was never compensated. Beginning to think BT promises are just lies

    @bt_uk really should rename their 'unbreakable' broadband. Pay £59 a month for it and currently sat waiting for a callback because it's been down for the last hour. Not what you need when working from home

    @bt_uk So as a BT customer for many many years, I am appalled at their disgusting level of service. 87 year old reliant on careline has no way of contacting anyone for a week now, due to a BT fault that is of no important to them apparently! Watchdog, here I come!😡😡😡

    @bt_uk Can I have 2 x mini hubs as I’ve now been without service for 7 weeks and my family of 3 can no longer survive with 1 EE 4g router as adequate internet during the outage?

    @bt_uk What a waste of time - this number, once answered had the same menu as the general number. I have been transferred 4 times spent one hour six minutes on the phone and was cut off. No-one seems to know how to sort this problem and I’m at my wits end. Very stressful!

    @bt_uk Just come off the phone with you to renew contract. Awful service. No offers or discounts available and prices gone through the roof. Will not be staying with you😡
