@bt_uk No problem. Plusnet won't even let me check if there is any cancelled engineer Appointments to allow me to pull my appt forward from 3 weeks. I couldn't order earlier as didn't know when we would complete but now got 2 weeks of WFH with no Internet 😟

@bt_uk Hi, you sent me an email about the termination of my service and how to return kit - all of which expected. However the door number is incorrect in the email. I also already have a return kit bag, can I post to you using that or should I use the new one coming in the post?

@bt_uk And now the signal has gone again as the tower has been taken down recently. I gather there is some controversy over where it is supposed to be erected. In the mean time I’m on 1 bar and having to use WiFi to make calls. Come on BT/EE

@btsport trying unsuccessfully to cancel BT sport. All sorted on the phone. Advisor put me on hold for 2 mins to complete. 20mins later no one came back - stuck on hold. Cancelling my direct debit once payment leaves tomorrow.
