@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

Dear @bt_uk Please stop advertising that you have fast and reliable internet when, from my testing, you are clearly having capacity issues due to the increase of people using the internet during lock down. Diverting my internet to far away servers, making it rather slow.

@bt_uk disgusted with your customer support.. Have been told after 4 departments and being on hold for 90minutes you have no complaint department and call ended... This is not customer service, help. Would be nice!!!

@bt_uk I still have no install date, no communication on the install or complaint and have been sent a BT bill which I find unbelievable! Please call me urgently as I need to make sure the bill is not active and no money will be taken as I will be changing the account plan as well
