@bt_uk I'm sick of receiving bills with a deceased person's name on, despite trying to change it online it's still there. I've just spent another 45 minutes online trying to change again. Last time I phoned it cost me £15. Please help.

@bt_uk I texted a friend last night and he was getting texts from both my old number the SIM card came with, and my new number that transferred from virgin. on the MyBT app none of my contract information is loading correctly. Not very happy with this so far. I am a new customer

@bt_uk For my deliver to arrive on Friday, as confirmed by BT Agent, it would have needed to be booked via Tracked 24. It was booked for Tracked 48. No misunderstanding here. Customer service from BT and Royal Mail atrocious. RM won't give me parcel until Monday now!! Want it escalated.
