Fair play to the guy trying to do the interviews on #BTsport. Letting the players actually enjoy the moment with the team and fans and not get bogged down with the media #UCLfinal

@bt_uk Thanks Garry, however, it doesn't really help. My next update isn't for another 2 days which will make it 12 days since the cable was broken. I really don't see why I can not get a confirmed date for fixing this and why it can not be escalated. @BTSopenreach @bt_uk

@bt_uk I recognise that, but at the same time, the fact that I have had to chase BT and spent over 9 hours - mostly on hold, and had several empty promises of call backs not happen. At the end of the day a cable is broken and needs replacing. Apparently they now need another survey.

If the @bt_uk engineer doesn't appear today and fix my broadband I shall be absolutely monstrous. 6 phonecalls, 2 promised callbacks (still waiting for those) and now using one of my precious annual leave days sat in the house like a hermit. Please, please attend and fix it 🙏🏻

@bt_uk @BBCWatchdog could I please escalate an issue with BT? I was advised our local Internet services would be back on Saturday. Still nothing and now I've had to take a day off due to me working from home at the last minute. I assume compensation will be paid? @CTSI_UK
