Fair play to the guy trying to do the interviews on #BTsport. Letting the players actually enjoy the moment with the team and fans and not get bogged down with the media #UCLfinal

@CarlSkipper5 @bt_uk This is still not resolved. The lack of customer service is shocking!!! Lies are unacceptable!!! At the end of the day BT, u have messed up and this should have been sorted yesterday. This should be given maximum priority to fix BTs error. We have been patient but enough now!!!

@bt_uk Having a now tv issue of the device connecting to broadband WiFi but it will work when connected to hotspot on my phone. I can’t figure out if it’s a @NOWTVHelp issue or broadband issue. All other devices connected to WiFi work.

@bt_uk It’s already in hand, someone is ringing me back later, already been offered a credit on my account which I’ve refused so complaint has been escalated, not that it will be resolved to my satisfaction!!

@btsportmotogp FYI Guys I get you have to push BTSport app but it is unavailable to most people since BT tie it in other products (internet) people dont want. Get out from under the BT umbrella to increase MotoGP audience. I am having to pay for awful virgin tv to see MotoGP

@bt_uk Yes spent 45 minutes on phone, cancelled in November 18 (and received a refund for the preceding months!!!) but I’m told it’s too far back and their records don’t go back, can’t listen to the call so I’ve been paying for a service I’ve never used which I thought was cancelled
