Latest update, @BT_uk Openreach now saying wont be out until 22nd Dec to repair the damaged caused by Virgin Media contractors. Absolutely appalling service, be 4 weeks without internet! Just not good enough at all 😡

Can only be @bt_uk who gives you substandard service but will still not let go of a termination charge. How many engineers callouts and bookings it has taken to sort a dropped line. My bad for making payments on time I'm too nice for my own good 👍 #btservice #customersbelike
