@bt_uk Yep, from Sky, who then had the most excruciatingly painful exchange with several people on the Open Reach chat, which ended with them(BT) 'losing connection' which is apparently quite common when they don't have the answers!! Truly shocking service on all levels.....

Awful customer service from @bt_uk as I’ve been receiving bills despite I have explained them I have no BT service and they confirmed that. Yesterday I got my ‘final bill’ and now I’m struggling to reach them on phone. @bt_uk could you please remove my name from random bills pls?

@bt_uk I have an ongoing complaint which should of been fixed today. My neighbour got up early to wait for engineer only to be told they once again can't do anything. I really just need to speak to someone but I've tried all options on phone and all say department closed...
