    @bt_uk My broadband router is not working despite attempts to reboot/reconnect/return to default setting (no lights) which means that my Wi-Fi dependent landline is also not working and it is not possible to register my fault via website or call anyone. Please advise on how to resolve.

    @bt_uk As I said to your rep on the phone if I want to watch a fight I tend to go for PPV and not Box Nation, kids ar e grown up so don’t watch all that and so on……nothing can change my mind that it’s a very poor set up compared to other options

    @btsport #BREMUN can you ask Brentford manager if he told the groundsmen not to cut the grass the ball just seems to slow down all the time when United players are passing the ball

    @StephenConlon7 @btsport Yep! But why? I often check what they have to say v the game and it’s so biased towards Utd! Thinking of putting in a complaint for false reporting!

    So we were rubbish in the first half but excellent in the 2nd. And @btsport and @mrjakehumphrey decide to focus almost entirely on United’s poor 1st half. No other club is treated like this in the media. #MUFC

    @bt_uk I’ve been trying for over a week to sort our broadband for our new build but your system still says it’s updating so can’t show me any deals. I’ve spoken to you and you said the line isn’t live. I’ve been told it is. Help

    @btsport we have BT sport which in my wife's name but every time I try to watch a game on the app or web all i get is logging on issues with both sets of login details. Can you for gods sake create a app that is easy to login in to and doesn't just keep giving constant errors

    @btsport WHY DO I PAY TO HAVE THREE SCREENS WHEN YOU CONSTANTLY KICK OFF ANY SCREEN WHEN ONLY ONE IS OPEN. Paying 20 quid a month for this ****

    @bt_uk the new digital phoneline is crap, since we have connected to it our broadband is on and off al the time, not that we got told to connect it we only done that when people were telling us we was not answering the phone. had to disconnect to stay online.

    Speed issues are still ongoing, have been since November, another engineer booked but can't start until Monday which is unacceptable; I have completely lost all patience with this now. Complaint open with @bt_uk, complaint open with @OpenreachHelp not that I'm expecting it to
