    @bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

    @bt_uk One of your colleagues already replied and we've shared DMs. The point was there was an appointment to call and no one did. Customer service satisfaction is very low at the moment.

    @bt_uk Your engineer staff are ****, they have never once left a customer satisfied that the problem has been resolved, they come out reset the box say it’s fixed and leave. Left BT years ago after multiple incompetent engineer visits, couldn’t pay me to go back.
