Fair play to the guy trying to do the interviews on #BTsport. Letting the players actually enjoy the moment with the team and fans and not get bogged down with the media #UCLfinal

@bt_uk Meanwhile me & my brother have no income because of this & probably won't be unable to pay my rent for the next month, all because of an issue that's not our fault. I think we're deserving of a little more than "we'll let you know when it's done"

Horrible @bt_uk broadband “go get ‘em Paula” advert. “She was flying high just a few months ago...” Hinting workers should pay extra for their own job infrastructure. Internet connection shaming

@bt_uk So now there's just no timeframe whatsoever? That could be weeks from now, there's no incentive on your part to fix the issue because the only compensation we're getting is £8 a day, which no problem for BT at all since that money's probably being made by the company per second

@bt_uk the service I have received has been nothing short of appalling. Two landline engineers sent for a broadband issue, a no-show, 3 modem boxes sent, and it's day 18 and still the issue is not resolved or even diagnosed!

@bt_uk where were we? Hmm I think it was 22 Jan that I'm then advised the service will go live on 1 Feb. It all seems so long ago now I can barely remember...

@bt_uk Your Paula Wi-Fi advert has incorrect facts.. IF you have poor connection to router, video will be intermittent for incoming & outgoing, and for internet, the connection between router and computer on Wi-Fi has to be over 11Mbps not 10Mbps.
