    @bt_uk My issue is less about the cab being full (I'm IT, so i get it)! It's the fact i asked a question in December, when i did i explained why, and explained it'd inform what i do. I was assured there was no risk, a few times. So went ahead. Hence where i am now! :(

    I ask for a complaint to be logged, as I was misled. Had I known been told risk was there, I'd have gone a diff route. Later that in the call, I'm told by @BTCare agent she's closed the complaint!🤬🤬 How do you take a complaint, then just close it yourself! Pointless complaint!

    @bt_uk you embezzle me out of 2 years line rental for a mobile that i cancelled with you for an upgrade I rang 3 times to cancel my current phone! Then choose to ignore my l complaint to you. After 20 years i have left your appalling company. I want a reply before going further

    @BTCare agent (unhelpfully) advises I can cancel entirely. This is of course unhelpful, as cancelling means NO internet @OpenreachHelp!!
