@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@BTSport picture absolutely abysmal throughout the Celtic- Real Madrid game. Constantly pixelating throughout and no apology offered. Lots of viewers complaining but no action being applied to the problem.

@kellismithx @bt_uk Standard FTTC has a SLA of 2 days and that doesn't mean they have to fix it, that'll be the same with any provider as the SLA's are set by openreach who manage the network. If FTTP is available that's better otherwise a lease line is the way if you need guaranteed internet.
