@bt_uk setting up WiFi disc for first time with Smart Hub 2. Turning on disc and light stuck on purple. Plugged in ethernet and still purple. Been like that for over half an hour now. Been on hold for a while with no answer. Please help!!!

@bt_uk Yes so I said I wanted to raise a complaint and was told he was doing that. I asked if they would email me as it’s more convenient for me and he said they wouldn’t. I didn’t realise he was just going to close the complaint! Is that your standard of resolution is it??

I’ve been on hold to @bt_uk for well over 90 minutes now & no one has picked up the call as my grandparents internet has gone down since this morning. Absolutely crap service from BT & clearly they don’t care about their customers one bit. The line has now gone dead!!

@BTCare what a mess you have left my vulnerable mum in with no broadband and no telephone line. Swapped from sky to yourselves I have to question myself as to why now I have heard bad reports about BT and been asked to call back Saturday as the system says no ! Terrible service

@bt_uk Still nothing done after 35 days. No telephone messages or emails from anyone and this is meant to be good customer service. I must have sent over 70 copies of returned emails to the investigation team but I've not heard anything from them either?? What can I do?
