@bt_uk we have had an ongoing issues with our Broadband for 2 months! Engineer visits weekly, tickets closed with absolutely zero resolution or compensation. Only one person working who cannot even join a video call - customer service great everything else absolutely pathetic!

@LozzaFox @virginmedia I think they're in competition with @bt_uk to see who can be the most inept service provider in Britain. BT managed to monumentally **** up my recent installation over two visits & hijack my work line, after specifically telling them I needed a separate or split line.
