    Really not great service from @EE & @bt_uk. Customer since 1995 & switched to a plan that included @btsport on Weds. Called twice to say it can’t be activated & twice told the EE BT sport team would contact me but heard nothing. Good job I’m in my 14 day termination period. #poor

    @StevenBolander1 @bt_uk Rach, I'm really unhappy with how BT & Openreach compete with each other. They don't seem to want to help customers. I've been told 2ce in 3 weeks - by BT engineers - to request a new router from BT. Today I was told I shouldn't have been told that (which is unprofessional). 1/2
