@VodafoneUK Hi Andy, thanks for replying babes. It's okay we're good really. It boils down to @bt_uk not bothering to install a bigger cabinet in my area. This means I'm as fast as I can get, why I'm not sure as I'm 4 miles from a major city, my speeds are just useless BT need to get with it

@btsport Please fix the app for android so that it doesn't exit the player completely and start again whenever I change apps or lock my phone, it's a real first world problem.

@bt_uk my home hub is flashing pink for the second time in a month. Used your text service and says I need an engineer as there is a fault. So now I’ve got no internet until when exactly? And how will I be reimbursed?

@bt_uk Hi, I'm suspecting that roadworks near the bus stop in *** Street, between Walthamstow Central Station and Bakers Arms have damaged broadband lines, two days ago the connection speed dropped sharply after an outage, and hasn't recovered so far.

@bt_uk Hi, so no the SMS service didn't work because my number is linked to an old inactive account. I was promised a call back, but that didn't happen. I went outside and found and Openreach engineer working, so service was back on after an hour, but why wasn't I told about this work?

Also managed to get her to change phone provider and tried to upsell BT TV package. And all he was supposed to do was fix the patchy wifi in the house. I guess all BT engineers are on commission or something. This is all sounding pretty exploitative. @bt_uk

@bt_uk please help! My 89&76 year old parents will have no landline or internet from tmw, due to a problem with their transfer to BT from talktalk “it may take a number of weeks” to get reconnected. How can this be so difficult when their phone and internet work fine now?

@bt_uk Order wasn’t placed I wanted to review it before I agreed to sign for another 24 months. I have your Wi-Fi, phone, TV box and subscribe to your sport, shoddy customer service. I wanted advice not to be talked down to. I will but not today, not wasting anymore of my weekend on BT
