Still have no sports channels whatsoever after an almighty fail by @bt_uk agreed a broadband/TV deal, which they have refused to honour. Now nothing works!! Avoid this shocking company with awful customer service #BT

@bt_uk broadband WA5 has been dropping out constantly for over a month. spoken to engineer and raised complaint yesterday. You closed it down same day with no response/fix. Awful customer service. I’ve now cancelled it but still have a month of this . Can you please address this

@_Gorth @bt_uk Lmao I would not be surprised. I’m waiting for the “sorry to hear this, please contact us so we can run a line test where we’ll find nothing wrong but still charge you £40+ a month for a service you can only use half the time” 🤠

@bt_uk Hey thanks, the one issue is that we don't have a landline since we switched to gigabit, so I don't have any landline number to input on the status page... Should I just text the number instead or is there another place I could check the status?

It’s week TWELVE of waiting for @bt_uk to install our wifi - and now our temporary hub has expired and we are left without any connection! No one thought to send us a new one. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

@bt_uk No I'm with BT, have the Full Fibre 900 with BT Halo 3+ plan, but as I said we don't have landline so I can't check the status on that website you linked. Do you want my account number? Or should I text FIX to that number since I can't see the BT service status page.
