@bt_uk I'm really sorry you don't read the messages because if you did you would know that the Turn Off button on that page does not work. You press it and it literally does nothing. Does not work. Its broken. Bad software. 404 in the browsers JavaScript console. Someone messed up.

@craigmdennis @bt_uk Holy ****, this sounds dreadful! (I don't have notis on so didn't see this thread). Absolute scum, and you're right, it sounds like an email to the Office of Fair Trading is required. We've got @virginmedia being installed today, pleased to get away from BT.

@bt_uk @DrJohnCosgrove Same here. We are using the mini hub whilst waiting for fibre to the property to be installed (that’s a complaint for another tweet!) and every time we use iPlayer it stops working after a minute or so. Netflix, Amazon prime snd Disney+ all fine. Extremely frustrating!
