@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@bt_uk As a customer for many years, I’m so disappointed at being left without internet since 27th. An engineer has been out twice the last few days but has not fixed it. I’ve logged the issue only to be told it will be fixed by 8th jan!!! Why? I need to work from home from 4th!!

@bt_uk Just a shame you’re stuck in the past with your network. Moved to a full fibre to the house provider and the speeds are crazily faster than BT. Your hardware is good, but your network is dated.

@CollegeGameDay can you have a word with your provider in the U.K. @btsport the channel is down and they are doing nothing to help. This is one of the biggest days of the college football calendar and the channels not working!!!

@bt_uk The problem is I need a BT account to log in to enable me to watch by sport on my iPad or phone. I can watch on tv, however I don’t have a BT account do what am I supposed to do?
