    @btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    @btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

    Hi @bt_uk having a nightmare that might cause me and my partner to loose our jobs because we work from home and can’t get a connection set up with you even under emergency circumstances. You’ve sent us two EE hybrid hubs that have both barely worked so we are at a loss here.

    @btbusinesscare is anyone available today to talk about my business account? I have been lied to time and time again and now been charged with a late fee when I was told by billing my bills had been put on hold until my issue was resolved.

    @bt_uk We were meant to have had a visit this morning, no one appeared. There's meant to have been a problem with link between @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp. Another wasted morning. Not impressed with the weeks this has taken to still be not fixed.

    @bt_uk Exactly what I said. Upgraded our package. Router sent out to us. Next day you lock out BT Sports. Text saying engineer was coming today to fix our aerial, etc. So thought we see how it went. Didn't bother to turn up. No point DM'ing. Just cancelling tomorrow.
