@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

Oh, @bt_uk so we had 1 of your engineers visit us because we just switched to your broadband, and he didn't even connect us. And then you issued us with discontinued parts whilst we wait. It's been nearly 2 weeks now. I'm hoping this isn't your normal/standard service.

@bt_uk 3 months after ceasing my BT service and they still bill me monthly....#bt Shocking Service.....please be careful if you leave BT as they will charge you for no services

So, I found out the REAL reason my internet won't get fixed. @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp have ONE qualified engineer in my area who can deal with the issue, and they're the one who deals with emergencies (overhead cables etc)

@bt_uk The small increase " per year ", it's not a one off, and why should everyone else be responsible for your service doubling? You're charging everyone else, for services you offer? lol

@bt_uk I’ve already called in and Irene says I’ve to wait til next Friday to get engineer in .. again - You Don’t seem to have a long term strategy!? Do you? or you’re not bother to spend money sending engineer out. If this continues I will cancel my contract.

@btsport owe me £25 - their lovely customer service team promise me that payment with 5-7 working days. Of course it doesn’t happen! I call again & more promises then I get a text asking me if I would recommend them to my friends - I suggest you avoid anything BT like the plague

@bt_uk Unbreakable ? No agents available on chat ? Everytime I phone up with a technical issue ... "We'll run a line check" - no other option. How can I get my issue resolved?
