@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@peterkelk90 @FredCoolbreeze @bt_uk I guess they never announced it to stop the website being flooded. I’m a BT customer and registered my interest for one weeks ago, totally surprised and lucky to receive my code today to purchase one.

Been a BT customer all my life, don't even get a PS5 stock email reminder that I signed up for. @bt_uk You need to investigate your orders because theres no way they are legit purchases, they're bot scalpers, ruining christmas for all the kids.
