@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@bt_uk or @BTGroup I think someone should please sort this out. It’s really not very fair or nice to have someone hang up on the after a whole hour of being patient and fix this issue. Especially when @bt_uk were specifically told not to do this.

@bt_uk for some reason my internet is lagging terrible when I am trying game on my pc I am using a wired connection. This is becoming unacceptable especially considering the amount I pay for internet

Runs around the pitch like a fairy,looking for who he can get close to before falling down dramatically. Followed the Gerrard school of tumbles sticking out a leg looking for contact. “FOUL/PENALTY”claim

@michael91510009 @bt_uk Which basically means they were throttling my speeds and refusing to admit to it. Took it to an ombudsman and they were basically useless. Didn’t look at any of my evidence and then got loads of info wrong and just told me it was irrelevant because I didn’t lose full service

@bt_uk I have Bt Halo and your supposed to call once a year to check broadband this has never happened, will I get the new Halo3+ hub
