@bt_uk My mother isn't on the Twitter-net but has asked me to pass on thanks for brilliant customer service from John (Geordie accent) who solved out her WiFi problems, stayed on the line till she had sorted everything & asked about her general welfare in lockdown #LittleThings

  • spacepods Kevin Vedmore (@spacepods) reported from Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn, Wales

Sick to f*****g death of crashes in the @btsport app on #PS5. VC019 error code. Restart doesn't resolve it. Reinstall does. Very poor indeed. Almost-live football becomes 10-minutes-behind football.

  • strolltoitaly Mike Higgins #Rather_Unhelpful (@strolltoitaly) reported from Bishop's Castle, England

@Martin1Williams @BT @bt_uk @BTCare Happened last year. Same problem as you.

  • strolltoitaly Mike Higgins no DMs (@strolltoitaly) reported from Bishop's Castle, England

@bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

  • spacepods Kevin Vedmore (@spacepods) reported from Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn, Wales

@btsport the incident where Tammy was pulled back doesn't come under any of UEFA's reasons for VAR to intervene. 2 questions... how wasn't that spotted by the ref or his on-field assistant(s)? Why was there a VAR check in the first place?

Do @btsport really think UEFA would have postponed the Man Yoo and West Ham games if the news had broken earlier? How the hell would they have managed to fit the rescheduled games in before matchday 6? Stop being a bunch of snowflakes.

  • csummers21 Cara Summers (@csummers21) reported

@bt_uk over the course of approx 10 days, my husband has been promised 2 call backs from managers within 48 hours. Neither have happened. Is this how you deal with customer complaints??

  • _IAmNotANumber_ I.M.A. Freeman (@_IAmNotANumber_) reported

@btsport The music that goes with thi black screen is awful. If you must signal your virtue with no ads, please turn the music off too.

@MufcWonItAll @btsport @SkySportsPL Not sure wtf is going on with many folk saying Sky muted the chants, on my tv I heard all the anti Glazer stuff. I'm in N Ireland, maybe it was an England thing only tho.

  • NickyBojelais El_Deano (@NickyBojelais) reported

@btsport But seriously though, don't you dare cancel the sport!

  • teampisales Positive Impact (@teampisales) reported

@btbusinesscare 5 tweets now, all saying someone will be in touch today. No. Not a dicky bird. Complete radio silence. Probably trying to call us but not realising YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED US WITH A SERVICE YET!! Determined not to do a single thing until 15/9/22. My bill for recompense on its way!
