@PhillTromans @bt_uk I told @bt_uk that I would never use it for broadband ever again. By far the worst customer service I've ever had. It literally couldn't pay me to use its services again; life's just too short to battle a corporate entity that doesn't give a shit on any level.

@btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

@bt_uk Thanks Dee, they finally picked up after an hour or so on the phone. I've been told that I might be charged £85 for a plastic cover broken off by storm damage. If I didn't agree he was going to terminate the call. Surely this can't be right? Could you please confirm?
