  @bt_uk my in laws are 95/86 and self isolating. Their landline 0121 705 1403 has been down for days. I was on the phone to BT yesterday for 3 hours and BT promised to have it fixed in 5 days! This service is just not acceptable for 2 very elderly and vulnerable people, please help!

  @bt_uk my hub is currently disconnecting and re-connecting over and over again. It only stays connected for a few mins at a time. This has been happening since yesterday. I saw reports of an outage yesterday and apparently u guys were supposedly going fix it by this morning
