    @bt_uk @bt_global @BTCare Worst servics with horrible customer service. In the span of 17 month three engineer visit several wifi drop still poor wifi signal at my house. For every complain the only option they have is compensation. Less than 0.3 mbps

    @bt_uk absolutely shocking service from yourselves. A week now and still with limited service on broadband. My wife has spent hours on the phone and as for the “keep you connected “ as a plus customer is a joke . The mini hub is a complete waste of time. 😡😡😡😡

    Well the @bt_uk saga continues! Emailed the ELC team on Friday about the issues, someone called first thing this morning and had escalated things with @WeAreOpenreach to have an engineer out this afternoon…. And surprise surprise, OpenReach failed to turn up again (3rd failure)

    Whoever owns the local mast… @bt_uk needs to fix it because it is now constantly cutting out. I use my mobile phone as a landline too so it’s inconvenient. I have been with two networks and same issue so it’s deffo local mast.

    @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.
