@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

Really annoyed with @bt_uk and @PrimeVideo - Twice in 10 minutes the app has just closed down for no reason. Paying good money to watch the football and the app is completely unstable.

@bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

@bt_uk Shambles of a process. Initially contacted BT to cancel my services, then went ahead & booked new supplier only to be told BT had put a ‘lock’ on the account and I needed to stop the cancellation & should of just let the new supplier do this. Now I’m paying twice for 3 weeks!

...there are too many big companies like @bt_uk who don't actually live the values they state. If customer satisfaction was so important, someone would have taken ownership of this as they promised me after a 2 hour call yesterday. I'm absolutely furious about this!
