@btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

@bt_uk My 91 year old grandparents are still without internet or phone since 11th February despite reassurances it would be resolved yesterday. This is disgusting service they are isolated, depressed and deserve better.

@bonnielewis97 @bt_uk Kk, so, get a reduced amount, you deffo do not need to be paying that much. BT are sound like but **** that, what you need is an Ethernet cable, they cost aba £20 and will sort you out! Cuts out any interfance from walls etc, and it's a direct connection
