@bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

@bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

@bt_uk I’m absolutely not happy with them, I have wait 2 weeks for my activation for broadband, after that they didn’t activated the wifi, calling them is just impossible, waiting almost one hour, I still waiting for my wifi, long story short I will cancel my contract!!

I pay for @MLBTV . I pay for @btsport if I understand it mlb sold my rights to watch the postseason to BT who enforced a blackout and then didn’t even show todays first game. Somebody is letting me down.
