@bt_uk BT U go on about let’s help people reconnect so there not lonely this Christmas! My Disabled Nan has been left with no phone for 11 days now because some reason you’ve cancelled 4 orders. Disgusting service. No communication. U promised it would be connected yesterday. 😡

@bt_uk Have spent two days trying to contact you about a home move order that apparently has problems that need resolving through a fault at your end. When I finally get through I just get transferred to another department and put back on hold. Dreadful customer service!

@bt_uk BT Openreach have left disabled 79yo relative with no internet and very crackly landline (including on emergency call button) for 10 days now, asking us to repeat home tests we have already done numerous times and once they closed the fault report without telling us
